This place is soooo amazing. I love their yogourt and sorbets. My only grievance, IF you could call it that, is the I find them slightly expensive. But hey, it's a business right?

Really sad that Sherwood Park TF closed down, they were always busy, and they had great options!!! Not a fan of yogurtys, so super sad they left our community :(

My girlfriend and I always love coming to Tutti Frutti for our froyo dates. Thanks so much for the great treats! I was wondering when the whyte ave location was going to announce a winner to their draw for the xmas bear! We've saved our lucky ticket and can't wait for the announcement!

I love the Mill woods Town Centre location! Staff is always so friendly, always great flavour choices and lots of fruit. It's also a very clean location, staff are always wiping down the machines or mopping the floor etc. My favourite location by far!

Best Frozen Yogurt chain in town, by far. I've only ever experienced positive service, delicious and unique flavours of yogurt, and more topping than I can shake a stick at! I go there with my boy, and he looooves putting candy and froot loops on his. I prefer the soy/non-dairy options with oats and berries. The perfect breakfast before work. I just wish WEM would get more soy. Maybe cookies and cream or birthday cake? Keep up the good work!

Me and my kids LOVE tutti frutti but my kids aren't very adventurous when it comes to food. There should always be a vanilla on stock since it's an easy choice for people if they aren't crazy about the flavours that are there that day. We've had to walk out a few times within the last couple weeks because there was nothing we liked.

Generally a tasty vegan flavor available and plenty of vegan toppings. There is usually a fruity syrup too e.g. strawberry or raspberry sauce. Pricey but it's a treat so it's fine with me!

I love the frozen yogurt but the flavours are very rarely updated on Facebook, the price has gone through the roof over the years and some of the staff I have encountered are just downright rude.

Way TOO EXpensive!!...i went to the Southgate location today for the first time ever and i was shocked at the price,.For a medium cup of yoghurt and some candy on top it came to over seven dollars..??!!...Ridiculous for the price,the yoghurt was good but not worth the price.

Arrived at the store just shortly after opening and found it to be uncomfortably dirty with the bathroom being the worst.

Tutti frutti northgate and South gate have terrible options for flavours as well as toppings. There needs to be more fresh fruit. It's all candy. Suppose to be a healthy option for certain people as well as more non dairy options. Not so friendly staff. Terrible place. Unable to give good customer service.

Southgate location , today at 11:30.. employee sitting behind the counter on his phone.. picking his nose! Nope! Not taking the grandkids for a treat! So disgusted!

On Sunday October 19th, was at the south gate location. Girls took forever to make our yogurts slush and had to look up the recepies. Boy friend talking with them and laughing among themselves and not taking care of the customers. Not impressed...my first time and might not return again.

I've messaged about issues have not gotten any replies. According to my app I've spent over $150 dollars here and they've decided to discontinue the point system. Lame

I'm leaving this review after a few consecutive disappointing visits to the Northgate location, of which the most recent was appalling.



I don't think the machines in this shop are being cleaned/maintained properly. I went in to try the two new flavours and 3 out of 5 of the machines were "out of order" resulting in the two new flavours being unavailable along with two other flavours. One machine had "out of order" signs for two flavours but the machines for the two new flavours was supposedly still working so I asked for assistance and was told they should be okay after a quick cleaning cycle, it did not work and was still jammed. And of course one of the flavours that /were/ still available was, you guess it, Taro. They have this flavour permanently at this location it seems as it's never changed out, not kidding. I like Taro but I'm very annoyed to see it consistently take up space which could have been used to promote other flavours. One of the reasons why I /used to/ visit often is to try out different flavours so I'm always disappointed to find Taro on the menu week after week. On top of all this all of the yogurt dispensed was soft and already starting to melt straight out of the machines. The store was so stuffy and warm, which is strange because today was cloudy and not warm at all. A heating and ventilation problem?



There's also service/staffing issues. There's only ever a single employee attending to the entire store, but most of the time they aren't even in the front but working at the back so that you have to buzz for staff to come ring you up with a buzzer they have, which would be okay but this buzzer doesn't even work. After waiting a while with no response I had to shout over the humming of the machinery in the back for the employee to come ring me up, all while my yogurt quickly melted. I feel sorry for the employee who has to take care of cleaning the drip trays, work at the back, make all the drinks, and man the register all by herself. This was on a busy weekend with a store packed full of customers at the tables. She was very nice and helpful when I did get her attention but because she has so much to look after customers are neglected.
