Two Amigos

Live in Red Deer area, ordered new kitchen range online Oct. 24th from Costco. Costco’s shipping policy is 4-10 business days. Well, Two Amigos received range Nov. 2nd yet won’t deliver to us until Nov. 9th as they make only 1 yes, ONE trip to Red Deer area per week! There goes Costco’s good shipping policy out the window! 17 days with no range just because the range got in Two Amigos hands! Very, very poor Customer Service!

We booked Two Amigos for our office moves many times and they were amazing each time! The guys were great, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy, they did the move fast and efficiently. Everyone was very helpful from quoting the move, to delivering the supplies, to their patience on move day. We had quotes from two other companies and they beat out both companies and the actual price of the move was as quoted. I highly recommend this moving company for anything you need to move!

I hired two Amigos for my move at the end of June. This is my second time hiring movers, and the best experience I could ask for.
The guys showed up within the quoted time window and were helpful and efficient. They had my two bedroom house loaded so quickly. When I met them at the new place I simply stood on the doorstep and delegated. Every box and item was unloaded in the proper place, they took the time to disassemble and reassemble my child's bunk beds for the move and even hooked up my washer and dryer.
Overall my experience with two amigos was a very pleasant and low stress move. I will definitely be employing their services again on my next move.

I had the pleasure of working for this company and they are a solid team from the inside and out. The owner truly takes care of his people and it reflects in the solid work ethic and service this team shows their customers. From the quote to delivery, I've seen them handle hard earned possessions with care and responsibility. I send all of my friends and family there for their moves and they are never disappointed!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. When I booked them I did everything over the phone. The sales guy (Darrel) did not offer to e-mail me my quote or get anything in writing. When I asked about it he simply said "No, the men will just call you to confirm the day before." When the guy called the day before I reminded him that I needed to be out of my apartment by 4pm sharp as set by my landlord. He said that was fine and hung up. The next day by 2:15pm the movers hadn't even shown up yet. When I called to inquire they said they wouldn't even make it until after 4pm. I said that was unacceptable and explained my situation. The manager (Rick) insisted upon calling my landlord, even though I said no. My landlord immediately called me telling me this man made all sorts of rude claims and saying I didn't even have a moving appointment! Luckily my landlords were very kind and flexible and moved my inspection 4 days later. The movers showed up 4 hours after their expected time in a RENTAL truck. Disgusting. They didn't bag up our mattresses and they were very rude and unpleasant. The next morning when I was billed I was grossly overcharged, and still over my original quote even though the manager said he would meet the original quote price as compensation for completely screwing up my move. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As a single woman they treated me absolutely disgustingly and piled up all of my furniture in the new house to be moved by myself. Please please if you're using this company get EVERYTHING in writing because they do not honour anything and their salespersons will lie if you call back to complain.

I hired Two Amigos Calgary for both packing and moving services, and couldn't be happier with the results. From the first phone call to the end of the move, the company was professional, courteous, and the guys really seemed to enjoy what they were doing which made the move fun.

Excellent careful and fast. Furniture and many boxes divided between three locations, with not a hitch! Reasonably priced, helpful and cheerful.Thanks boys. Second time we used your Company in 18 years, Still the same courteous efficiency, keep up the good work!

They did a good job by making sure that everything was safe and not damaged however, we ordered two guys and three one came on the day of the move and they asked us if we wanted to use the 3rd guys cus it would be done faster it only cost 30 dollars for him. well it wasn't done faster i think it maybe had saved us an one hr. one of the guys was apparently injured and couldn't move as much stuff which he didnt do much moving just ordering around and we shouldn't have paid for that 3rd guy - it did not save us money or time. also, cleaning their stuff in the truck should not be on customers time

I was really stressed about our upcoming move in August , but the three J's ( the crew we had on our move) were beyond amazing. they communicated at all times, they were helpful, patient, and careful with all our goods. we didn't have a hitch all day. the move was easy. We had a big move and they handled it without an issue. I would totally recommend them and will be using them again in 1 1/2 years when we move into our new home.
