U L S Maintenance & Landscaping

We used ULS in 2010 for a small landscaping job we just didn't have the time for. They did wonderful work and everything came out as promised - there was one minor thing that didn't meet our expectations, we pointed it out and it was immediately fixed. They even brought us additional mulch (for free!) when we inquired where we could buy more, because we were looking for the black, animal friendly mulch and couldn't find it anywhere else.

I have not hesitated to refer this company to others and will happily contact them for our own work in the future. Everyone from the sales staff, to the guys who did the work, to the office staff were good to deal with and exceeded our expectations. They were not the cheapest quote but they were worth every penny, they started as promised (they had to push back the start once due to weather but they let us know in advance so no big deal) and finished within the estimated time frame and no hidden costs or surprises.

I would definitely use them again and plan to use them for our spring clean ups and pruning going forward.

ULS have been wonderful to deal with. I have a great feeling that these reviews below are bogus. On my first call, I got issued a direct service person. He went through all the options with me in full and then actually issued a contract for both of us to sign. As I went through the spring and summer season, they did such a good job on all of my stuff, I added services, and again no problem with emailing or calling, they responded right away. They came on the days they said they would. Even on canada day they brought a dog toy and frisbee for my pup!!! The gals and guys were awesome. I had a ton of services from pruning, garden maintenance, and lawn. When I did have a concern on the pruning, they showed up that night and document the 2 bushes that did not look done and the girls were at my house by 10am the next morning. I couldn't be happier.

We've used ULS for pruning, stump removal and tree replacement. They were quick to provide a free quote that was reasonable and the service provided was excellent. I've also seen a backyard renovation they completed and was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this company.
