Ugly Duckling Used Vehicle Sales (Permanently Closed)

I once gave this place 5 stars but after my recent experience with the guy at service an me being gouged $200 for an issue i keep having after a major repair on my car i probably wont ever come back in a business of service and sales your customers are all you have an without them an more and more of us never coming back and the rate of your reviews you will probably be closing your doors in the future. Im glade my extended warranty is with Ford so i never have to come back for anything under warranty again. Advantage Ford treats me like gold and i dont even drive a Ford

I have taken my car to the service department of International Motor Cars twice in the last 2 months, for different reasons. The first time, I needed some warranty work done, and this was the designated place. I explained to Rob what the issue was, and he handled everything from that point on. He dealt with the warranty company, and called me with the quote, and all the information about what needed to be done and why. They also did a complimentary inspection on my vehicle.

I took my car back again a week ago to have them work on a couple of other issues that had come up since that I had diagnosed at a dealership. Rob quoted me a price that was $200 less than the dealership! He ordered the parts in, got my car fixed, and the price was even lower than quoted! They also checked some other issues the dealership had told me about, and said that there was actually nothing wrong with my car at this point that needed to be repaired!

I would highly recommend Rob and the mechanics at International Motor Cars. I feel like I am getting the facts when I take my car there, and when dealing with car repairs we all know how rare that is!!!!

My experience with this dealership is over 5 years and 3 vehicle purchases. I also service my vehicles with them.

Some of the reviews posted do not reflect the actual treatment customers get. I can only believe that there is another side of the story on the bad reviews. Check out Better Business Bureau where this dealership has an A plus designation.

Most of the staff have worked at the dealership for at least the time I have been dealing with them.

The general manager mostly lets the staff look after customers. Eric the shop foreman and service manager can fix almost anything with your vehicle and will always take the time out of the shop to fully explain the repair or service needed.

The Used vehicle manager Norman can literally find you any vehicle you want, anything from a truck to Lamborghini. He is about the most knowledgeable car salesman I have come across.

I will continue to buy and service my vehicles there.

Not a professional organization, very rude and condescending and a waste of time. David is not the best to deal with.. Definitely self important without cause.

I also have to point out that the perception this dealer gives off is pretty rough, trying to cover up many issues. They still have a lot of their Suzuki signs up.. And not even a new name sign or anything.

I would avoid this dealer at all costs.. And if given the chance.. Don't even think about working there.. What a joke
