My place for yoga and barre. A warm welcoming place to workout.

I won a pass to Union and thought it a good chance to mix up my fitness routine. So far, I have tried the Spin, Barre and Circuit. All 3 were great workouts, and I very much enjoyed all 3 instructors' energy. I can't wait to try the TRX and other classes that are offered! I love having the multiple studios on one, rather than frequenting several different studios.

I was terrified at the mere thought of spin ..... until I had my first class, and now I have been hooked ever since! Great instructors! Thank you!

I never thought I'd do a spin class...and at 6am! But it was awesome! Great instructor, bikes, space, location! Check it out!

Had my first class this morning and loved it! Thank you Ray Ray for the early morning motivation can't wait for the next class.
