Sad. Bad. Mad. You’re the worst chad. Heh. I didn’t mean to rhyme but it happens all the time. Lol anyways. They’re the worst.

Giving 2 stars cause all the black security guards behave rude. How about training them to be polite ,if someone made mistake tell them nicely, they are taking advantage of their position, the officer were really Polite.

Really disrespectful, rude security staff downstairs. Literally felt like being treated like animals. Thank god the visa is valid for 10 years.

In and out in 2 hours. They had a computer issue so it took long. Officers where polite, everything was just fine.

Everything is great except the security staff. They are scared of small pen too. I had Keys and they said you have to drop somewhere and can't keep with me. Stupid security people . Rest of the staff were great. Need to give security people some training on how to behave like humans.

The only saving grace for this place is that the upstairs staff was decent. Girlfriend who is a US citizen was treated like a prisoner. She was scolded for having chap stick. The lower floor staff need training in compassion and manners. Tempted to call and complain to the us government and ask them to replace staff.

we came there on time, had to wait till they open, and the staff was super good, no complains, we got more out of the trip than what we came for, I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much.

Good service and friendly staffs. Get through the process without glitches
