Great salespeople. I've bought 2 cars from Universal, and will eventually buy more. They aren't pushy, and they know their product. Service team is amazing. They're fast, they also aren't pushy with services, and they're excellent at communicating with regular updates on your vehicle. Only Ford, and only Universal for me.

I recently bought a used F150 from Universal. This was a new arrival and had not gone through a thorough service check.
I was advised that this was as is. The Sales Manager gave a list of problems with the truck that they were aware of.
It wasn't a daunting list and it was something I was comfortable with.

After a couple weeks of driving I noticed a ticking noise from the engine. As I was getting another repair done, I had
the dealership (not Universal) investigate the noise. It turned out to be a bad Variable Timing Solenoid. This apparently
had been a problem for awhile and the fix for this was a new engine. When I heard that it felt like a punch in the face
(unfortunately, I do know what that feels like). A new to me F150 with 107,000 KMs on it and it needed a $12,000 part.

I used The Google to research my options and everything I looked at had basically the same answer "Buyer Beware".
The vehicle was sold As Is and I didn't appear to have any recourse. That punch turned into a kick somewhere (unfortunately ..........).

I decided to send an email to Universal. That email came from a dark place so I won't go into details. I received a call
from Dan a used cars sales manager. During the call I had the feeling that Dan was genuinely upset that this vehicle was
allowed to leave their lot. His only request was that they get the opportunity to have their service department look
over the vehicle. They looked at the vehicle and came to the same conclusion.

I then met with Scott, another sales manager. Universal didn't question anything, they decided that they needed to do
the right thing not the easy thing. Everything was put back as it was and I ended up purchasing another vehicle that I
am extremely happy with.

There are 100s of places you can buy a car but very few with integrity. In everyone you deal with you hope they have moral
standards, a set of values that they actually believe in. I found that at Universal. They were under no obligation to make
things right but they went out of their way to do just that. I have recommended Universal in the past and will continue to do so.

Great service from Brad at Universal. I really appreciated how he gave us our space to examine the car and make our decision. He was also great with our kids and allowed them to explore the show room while we made up our minds. Love my new Ford Edge. Thanks Brad.

I've been going to Universal for years to purchase vehicles or take them for service. Always had a great experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful and always take the time to explain and answer any questions.
Today as I was bringing my truck in for service, I watched the employee that takes the vehicles out of the service bay to the shop find a timmies coffee in a customer's truck as he was about to take it. He grabbed the coffee and found the customer to give it to him so he could enjoy it while waiting for his service to be done. The employee could have ignored that it was there and done nothing about it like many others would have.
This is a seemingly small gesture, but I'm sure it made that customers day.
Not to mention, this same employee, while generally having very little interaction with customers was pleasant and friendly saying "good morning" to everyone.

Bryce Harrison, amazing experience again. We were extremely pleased with Bryce's customer service and knowledge. As a female looking for a car he treated me so well. Never left me out of conversations, as most sales people do. He really took care of us, knew what we needed. He just knows..I will definitely be coming back when it's time to get the next car. Our family has been with Universal for at least 20 years. 2 generations and soon 3rd. Bryce also thinks he's funny. I'll give him credit for trying ;) I love my new car!!!!!!!

It was a very good experience compared to the other dealerships I've been to! The salesman I was working with was Cameron Smith and I was very impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He wasn't the super pushy and annoying sales person like I have encountered most other places. I found him very easy and comfortable to work with!

My experience in choosing a car that suit my need was superb with Peter Martins. He was able to guide my choice and align my pocket. I came in with another idea of car to pick, but rather he asked what do I want to achieve with my choice. I told him and he showed me alternate options and how it best fit my need.....choice was very nice, enjoying the idea..great work guy

The service I received at Universal was excellent. I was greeted by friendly assistance by Peter. He worked with me in a number of different aspects. Even though I am not entirely ready to make a decision, he is doing follow up work for me, to help to make this process as easy as possible. Other staff members were equally friendly and eager to assist in any way.

I would like to thank Peter Martins for an amazing experience in finding me a new truck. I met Peter at the Auto Show last week and he was very attentive and listened to me on what I needed. The test drive went very well and although I’m not quite ready to get into a new truck, Peter will be my first option and I can’t wait to work with him in the future.
