University Dental Choice Calgary

Great dental experience. I have issues with strong nerves in my mouth (and frayed nerves in mindset) and the team did everything they could to make me comfortable. They worked through it as quickly as possible, and talked me through it the whole time.

Can’t say enough good things about this office!! I Have been going there for a few years now, and am always treated so professionally from start to finish. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do and very knowledgeable. Thanks again!

my experience with Dental Choice as a whole has been the same as what has resonated here in the reviews - super friendly staff, but lack-luster management. Getting my first appointment was hell as they took down the wrong phone number AND name, and then tried to have me pay for a missed appointment? Recently I had 2000$ worth of work done and was told I would receive a cheque in the mail on the 15th or 31st of October - I called today on the 31st and was told "something happened and it will be at least another 10 business days"... I understand it's the insurance company, but, in the past, any other dental office has made it their priority to ensure that patients receive reembusrent.

I took my 3 year old here for his first visit. Jolene was very welcoming and told him about all the tools. He favorite was Mr. Thirsty!

I've been to this clinic three times, once for a dental emergency which they took me in on short notice and helped when an older filling was giving me trouble (which was done by a different firm) and then twice for regular visits. Each time the staff is very professional and friendly, always let me know exactly what to expect from each procedure they were doing.

I usually had Jude as my hygienist but when I had to squeeze in a bunch of appointments before my benefits ran out due to getting a new job the office was really good at getting me into the next available appintmenr. I was then scheduled with Melanie who is extremely gentle and meticulous at her job. She's amazing and I highly recommend her , Jude and the entire practice ! Nothing but a great experience every time !

Unfortunately, services are more costly than students' insurance could afford.

The people is nice, but I would not recommend this place. The first time (and last) I had been there, I received a wrong price, which at the end I had to pay almost the double. The price is high and you can find better prices and good service just outside the university.
