With a background in ontology, human behaviour, and neuro-science, Vik has almost two decades of expertise in organizational change, leadership development, resolving high-stakes conflict, and public speaking. He has keynoted to a standing-room-only auditorium of over 5000 educators, catalyzed an Inuit call for poverty reform (covered by the BBC and supported by the Duchess of York), and his thought leadership has been demonstrated on international stages including TEDx. His clients have ranged from Royal Dutch Shell to the United Way and from the Government of Dubai to the United Nations.

Kevin Gangel is a performance consultant, angel investor and social enterprise professional with a passion for people being in action to change the world. With a background in negotiation, conflict management, sales, corporate leadership and public speaking, Kevin provides an environment for his clients to produce the kinds of revolutionary results they really want.

With a formal education in the arts and foreign languages (Japanese) and training in the concepts of ontology, phenomenology, influence, mediation and negotiation, and adult education theory, Kevin has over two decades experience in consultative sales, corporate management, board governance, information technology, human resources, professional recruiting and deal-making.
