At UNWINED, we strive to create an atmosphere where both wine connoisseurs and regular folks feel at ease. Since opening our doors at our original location in St. Albert in April of 2010 (now closed), our focus has been quality, premium wines at reasonable prices, coupled with great friendly service. The addition of regular tastings provides our clients with the opportunity to discover the finer points about wine, from viticulture (growing or cultivation of grapes) to vinification (process by which fermentation changes grape juice into wine). As well, our expertise extends into the world of spirits - particularly the whiskies of the world. We seek out the finest examples of wine, spirits and beer and bring them to you at our City Centre location (or order online from our new warehouse).
