I bought the moose head wall decor. I paid and they called me to pick it up a few days later. I love the item. The only negative is there's no parking at this location. I had to park across the street in the grocery store parking lot. I was able to carry my large box to my car, but this could be problematic for large items like tables and sofas. I'm not sure if there's a loading dock in the back.

If I could give less than a one star I would. I find it very frustrating when you enter the store and you are pounced upon by staff. They ask why are you here, what are you looking for. I say I am just looking and they follow you around like little puppies. Very irritating. But the final straw was I purchased 6 pillows 3 of each colours. When I purchased I asked the return policy because I knew I would be returning at least 3 depending on my color theme. They said no problem. You have 30 days. I purchased 3 pillows on Saturday and tried to return them on Sunday. 1 day later, the assistant manager Lenka refused to do the refund saying the pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The catcher... I do not smoke ! Or live in a smoking environment. SO BEWARE. THIS STORE DOES NOT LIKE TO RETURN ONCE YOU BUY, They will find any excuse not to accept a return If I had bought a dresser would they say I'm sorry I can not accept this return there is dust on this dresser? When you arrive in these stores they are so welcoming with their FAKE concern to help you , but god forbid you need to return anything as then you are treated like scum of the earth. Obviously they work on commission. I will never shop any of the urban barn stores again

I recently had a small complaint about a return situation and I called the Manager Jamili (sp), at the 4th St. SW location. She was very professional and handled my complaint satisfactorily. Thank-you.

Bed frame ordered March 17- suppose to arrive June 5th. Called and they explained there was a mix up and it would arrive mid July. Ok fine- things happen and they gave me 10% off. End of July comes around and no bed. Emailed store manager, Mel for the whereabouts- no answer- still haven't had a reply. Called customer service Amelia- who took 2 weeks to figure out where it was, with me initiating the calls. She assured me it would be there for delivery on August 24 at 9am. She offered me a $75 gift card for an Urban Barn....haha that sure makes up for a $1400 6 months MIA bed frame.... Delivery guys come today- affiliated with Urban Barn and they were so rude and careless with my building manager and my white walls/floors. I caught it was in the WRONG colour of fabric. I still don't have my right bed frame...not sure I ever will receive it as I haven't received any answers. UNBELIEVABLE. NEVER SHOP HERE...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STORE TO HEAD SERVICE CENTER.
