Urban Barn

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful on my store visits. I had a quality issue that I discovered when i got home.
I called the store and again, the staff were great. They have ordered me a replacement item and will call when it comes in.

On Sunday Nov 12th 2017 we visited your Heritage Gate store and using our Debit card we purchased 4 curtain panels which we went to return on Monday Nov 13, after hanging 1 of the curtains to see if our color choice was suitable we decided to return our purchase to the same store, the lady who was at the store counter Amber when I went in informed me that a gift certificate only was applicable because the curtains were purchased at a sale cost, these curtains were not a gift but a personal purchase for our selves, after our not so pleasant experience to rectify this purchase to no avail or satisfaction at this store, we decided to pursue another purchase of a set of curtains at you Crowfoot store, to which another set of curtains were decided upon and the shop attendant kindly without question or hesitation exchanged our purchase and made our purchase a pleasant experience, we have purchased our whole curtain requirements from Urban Barn we have 16 curtain panels in our home, but we will not go back to your Heritage Gate store again. In respect to your sale price curtains It would be much Better to clearly show that sale price curtains are a final sale with no return validity in order that a clear understanding of your return policy is understood by us the customer, , during our purchase transaction we noted the sales lady had already put our sales receipt in our purchase bag hence we did not get to read our receipt at point of purchase. After this minor "hiccup' we thank you for reading our review, we do enjoy visiting your stores, and hope this review will benefit all future Urban Barn customers whatever store they choose to visit. Urban Barn is one of our favorite place to shop for our home. We always find something "wow" item in here. Staff is always very friendly and helpful but not in your face. Atmosphere of the store is always welcoming. 5 stars from us.

I was dealing with Anja from the Deerfoot Meadows location and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She concentrated on my needs and was exceptionally helpful. I will definitely be back to this location.

My fiance and I dealt with Amber for our multiple purchases at the Heritage location and she is amazing! She is super friendly and she didn't hover while we were looking around (unlike most stores where you feel you're being stalked). She is also very knowledgeable and was there to answer any questions we had. We did have a few issues with the delivery company Urban Barn uses but the store selection is great and we can't say enough about the great customer care.

This is a pricey furniture and decor store, but they have high quality products. Very well located as it is surrounded by even more furniture stores so you may go around and compare what they all have.

I recently purchased a dining table, two benches and two chairs from Urban Barn. First of all, the store manager Penny, was very pleasant and helpful. I was told to expect 1-2 weeks for delivery (which isn't bad at all) however my set came in FIVE days! The delivery was quick and easy, I did not have to wait around or miss hours of work. One of my chairs did arrive with some minor scratches, I emailed customer care and got a response within a few hours, I did not have to beg and plead and prove my case to them - the gal simply put in an exchange request and informed me the store will call when the chair gets in to exchange it. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my Urban Barn experience and would certainly recommend them to family and friends!

Love it there. They were having a great sale and the staff were friendly and attentive and helpful.
