Urban Barn

No phone call to say my lamp had arrived. No warning that the box may be too big to handle alone. After I had signed for it they informed me no one would help me out to my vehicle with it. Why would I return to a store like that?

Overpriced cheap looking furniture. manager/owner come off as snobbish. There's tons of furniture stores in this city that sell high quality products at a better price that are not cheap looking. Their furniture looks like it came from Jysk lol

We love this store! They are knowledgeable and professional about the beautiful products they carry. I cannot say enough about the effort they put in for an impeccable customer experience and satisfaction. Shop local and go in and meet the wonderful staff, you won't be disappointed.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They show extra care and go above and beyond. I'd recommend going in even just to look around. They have trendy home items that you can't get anywhere else in GP.

The staff at Urban Barn are awesome! We were in today looking for some decorated ideas for our new home. They help us figure out our style and gave us a few decorating tips. Urban barn has a great selection of products for every style and the quality is top notch. We have purchased several things already, including a beautiful solid wood kitchen table!! Definitely our favourite furniture store in town!

The manager, Amber and all the staff are very friendly and make it a fun, easy shopping experience.

Most unprofessional place I've ever seen in my life. The level of disrespect is unimaginable. I don't appreciate my mother getting called disgusting names by the manager, on the second day on the job. Learn to respect your staff.
