Urban Oasis Dental Studio

My experience with the people in Urban Oasis Dental Studio, was good. The receptionist was very helpful when I was completing the necessary documentation before speaking with the dentist. The dental assistant was thorough and polite and gentle when having to poke around in my mouth. As was the dentist - polite and answered my questions as I required. I will be returning to this centre the next time I need dental work.

I'm so greatful for the wonderful treatment I received. This was my first experience with sedation dentistry and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Dr. Layton and his staff.

My son and I first went on Thursday. What an awesome experience. The Dentist was extremely through and gentle. The hygentists did an excellent job and were very caring. The receptionists are wonderful and really work with your schedule.

Very experienced doctors and assistants. The girls at reception desk are very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire atmosphere at the office are welcoming and professional. Had better chose a comfortable place like this to have your "not that comfortable things" done 🙂

Staff are friendly, Incomparable quality service.

I have tooth extraction, I don't even know that my tooth comes out or extracted already. Doctor Layton did it gentle. What a soft and magical hand indeed.

The doctors are very nice and efficient in their job. The receptionists make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I also like that the environment is clean and smell fresh.

The receptionists are on the ball and friendly. Dr Joel Williams is to the point, doesn't recommend anything unnecessary, looks you in the eye to deliver his honest opinion, and he's nice. I have heard from other people that when getting work done by him, you can't feel a thing, not even the needle.

Front Desk staff are very rude and full of gossips. One of them was so mean with my son. Screaming/yelling at him. The Dentist and hygienist are good. Been going there for over 6 years, but I don't think I am ever going again.
