We are super happy about the service we got from Urban Piping ! Jordan went above and beyond in helping us! He installed a new toilet , and kitchen faucet and helped out out with a couple small problems as well. I can't say enough about what great service we received. Graham also arranged for us to have some drywall fixed also, which was a great plus ! Thanks again

Jordan arrived punctual, and completed the job to our satisfaction in the time allotted. Both Jordan and Graham were friendly and courteous. Job site was left clean and tidy after old tanks removed. They were recommended to us by a friend, and I would certainly recommend them to our friends.

Graham, the owner of the company, is fantastic. I have had a water tank replaced and later a minor issue fixed by him. In both occasions he discusses the most long term cost effective solution. He is honest with the time and effort needed for the job and if hang around while he works he will explain what he is doing and why. And, all the while, his mannerism is friendly and approachable. Strikingly he is genuinely happy and enjoys his work! He returns calls, and does his best to tend to emergencies. I randomly found him on the internet so have no vested interest on praising him. I won't hesitate to call him if I ever need his services.

They were willing to help me when every other company would only say "You need a new water tank" thinking because I am female I don't know what Im talking about. But I knew I just needed a part changed out. Graham took the time to listen to me and the issue I was experiencing. Great expierence! Replaced my hot water tank a few years back and recently had them do a polyb job. They were very efficient and timely. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I received a hot water tank, water softener, and disposal from Urban Piping. Not only was it a great price, but they were installed quickly and professionally.
