I've been shopping in and off here for years. This trip started off horrible, with another employee and I was ready to leave the change rooms and store disappointed. Fatima asked how I was doing and stepped up. Helped me find everything I was looking for and made me feel like a million bucks. It really shows how employees make the shopping experience.

If you looking for a job at Urban Planet store on Deerfoot Mall you have to know some things about the managers they don't respect you and your time so be careful .DON'T LOSE YOUR TIME FOR THEM !!!!!!!!!
