POLICY

UZURIE (Mind. Body. Hair) want to thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with your beautiful heads in our new salon. Please note the following carefully:
• UZURIE (Mind. Body. Hair) is an appointment ONLY hair salon.
• There will be no walk-ins.
• Clients along with the stylist will be allowed a 15 minute grace period for lateness. Clients arriving half-hour late will have to reschedule their appointment or, if permitted to stay, pay an additional fee of ten (10) dollars.
• Clients are required to give the stylist 24-48 business hours advance notice for cancellations of their scheduled appointments.
• At the client’s next appointment a 50% fee will be applied to client’s charge in the event that the client didn’t show for previous appointment or didn’t notify the stylist within 24-48 hours.
• Clients calling to cancel their appointment after the 24-48 hour period will be charged a $20 fee.

Appropriate appointment scheduling, helps UZURIE to maintain efficiency and provides quality service to our clients. Unfortunately, some clients are canceling too close to their appointments or cancelling on their appointment day, most times just hours before his /her scheduled appointment which unfortunately prevents us from scheduling another client in the slot that they failed to fill.

We would like to reiterate that UZURIE (Mind. Body. Hair) is an APPOINTMENT ONLY Natural Hair Salon that accommodates clients with demanding schedules.

New Clients are required to have a free consultation prior to receiving an appointment so that the stylist may assess the client’s hair.

Please be reminded that the client is responsible for remembering his or her appointment. We are unable to give reminder calls.

In addition, after three occasions of same day cancellations or two no-call or no-show appointments, the stylist will no longer be able to provide any services to the client in the near future. Please be aware that fees can no longer be waived and all fees are payable at your next appointment. Our aim is to continue to provide quality service in a timely manner to all our clients. We thank you for your continued support and look forward towards having a professional relationship with each client in 2013.
