We stopped in Hinton on a trip to mountains. Looked for something other than BP and stopped at Vader's. Lovely experience all around! Staff was friendly and attentive. Boss noticed that we seemed a bit chilly and came and asked right away if we need temperature rised.

Food was delicious and portions huge. We truly enjoyed the evening and we're not the only ones. This was the only restaurant who actually had guests in it.

Definitely recommend.

Was passing through Hinton for a work trip and came upon this new restaurant. I am a HUGE fan of mexican food and was excited to see what this place had to offer.



Upon entering this establishment, I was blown away by the decor. It was not a typical looking mexican cantina. It had a modern twist to a restaurant/pub that I have not seen anywhere else. The staff was exceptionally friend and well versed in what their menu items, as well I really liked their large selection of beers on draft and bottled.



I had the Jalepeno poppers to start, which was amazing, and their Chipolte Chicken Enchilada for an entree. The dish was very filling and the chicken was delicious.



Overall I had a wonderful experience here and would love to see something like this in my hometown!

Tried L & W the last time I went through Hinton. You order and they call your name through a microphone like you're in prison. Tried Vader's and I was pleasantly surprised. Great food, service and ambiance.

This is obviously the best restaurant in Hinton. The service was more than on point. Everyone had a smile and made me feel happy to be there. The food and service was on point exactly what I would expect in Las Vegas. BOOM

Stopped into vaders with my best friend and her baby, we had some of the best service I have ever gotten! They were incredibly accommodating, but the best has to be the awesome food and inventive drinks, I strongly recommend stoping there.

Stopped by there tonight for a beer n food on my way home . Burger with poutine was great .

This is not Mexican food. I am from Texas and was very disappointed. I sure was hoping for enchiladas, refried beans,charro beans, queso etc. Look up Mexican recipes on the internet and cook some of those. This place would be filled all the time if true Tex-Mex food filled the plates. Y'all do this, please.

Was just in there for dinner with my family. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs for my daughter and I (since they have no kids selection at all) had to wait a ridiculous amount of time due to the fact that I was originally told they were out of pasta, and was promptly told shortly after they had some but would take an extra 5 minutes to make after the rest of the food was done. I was ok with that. 15 minutes later we got our pasta that was under cooked. And two count em, TWO meat balls that were cooked to the point they were so hard I had trouble cutting them. We did not eat the spaghetti or meatballs and yet were still charged full price. Nope. Will never return to this restaurant as long as I live in Hinton. HORRIBLE

This restaurant is so inconsistent. I've only had good food and service once out of 6 eat-in visits. The first time they forgot to take my order... but took the orders of the rest of the table (I didn't even get a menu). The second time the order was wrong twice in a row. I could go on, but I won't. Except for last night... I ordered take-out "steak cut" fries, got home to see that they were cold little shavings of shoe string fries. I tried calling someone... But their number is a fax number! Ya the number they advertise to you, on their Facebook page, is a friggin fax number. So you can't get French fries right... Or your phone number.

Needs to learn how to operate a restaurant. 75 % of the beers on the menu are missing. Bread on my burger felt like it was from couples days before and a big loaf cut in half. Won't go back.

I will never go there again, they need to come up with a floor plan and designated servers in each section, then they need servers to check on customers to see if everything is good, waiting 45 minutes to get asked for drinks and then 2 hours to get waited on is retarded, we didn't even receive the drinks. only reason why we did not walk out we wanted to see how long it would take to get acknowledged 2 hours ladies and gentlemen. Unacceptable
