Value Village

It's great for finding discount clothes and books and such. It's just a bit of a grimey location, not the most cleanly place I've ever been to...

I have to donate my good used items because its such a waste of time to sell small items individually on kijiji and facebook. (When you have to accomodate peoples issues, excuses and stories for not picking up items) Its a shame when I walk in this store to browse and they are selling 4 hot wheels cars in a bag for $3.99 (retail+) I donated approximately 100 of those little cars over time. You can buy them brand new for cheaper than that! I believe in good faith and chairity, but have seen Value Village gradually raise prices over the years on donated items. And seeing them selling used undergarments is just disgusting!

I was in both value villages today and one had 50% off new and used Halloween decor and i inquired at the midnapore store and one of the managers told me it was a lie and there wasn't a sale,basically calling me a liar! I thought all value villages had the same sales i called and tried to talk to this woman and she hung up on me! I would like to know her superiors name!

Nice and hard working staff. Only my friendly complain is:
they are competing with Wallmart. Price are very high for DONATIONS centre !!!!
Please REDUCE PRICES

A little overpriced especially for a thrift shop. I find it a hit and miss for my sizes but when I have found something am pretty happy with my purchase.

Great selection. I think everyone finds it to be one of the higher-priced thrift shops, but the sales and rewards program are great.

Always fun. Lots of variety. Clean store.

It's pretty dirty and the prices are pretty high. With it if you go on half price day.

Value Village is my favorite store. All the staff are so friendly and happy. Thanks for all the amazing choices.

This Value Village used to be one I visited regularly every week but in the last few months their prices have shot up considerably. Staff is nice and friendly but I go to the Value Village on 58th Ave and Centre St. They have better prices and a larger selection. Too bad all these stores weren't more consistent.

The prices are just outrageously expensive which disappoints me. I don't recommend people to waste their time and money coming here. You can buy brand new stuff elsewhere for much cheaper prices

Friendly personnel, sometimes not very clean, sometimes you can find staff at the wrong place, sometimes overpriced

I'm sorely disappointed. Where there once there were bargains, now there are none. They've become better at pricing, which was self-defeating, because there's no longer any reason to shop there.
Who is going to buy a bag of cellphone covers, when you can't try one to see if it fits? That's just dumb.

Well run store. I always find something interesting. Management have always treated me well.
