There’s no gimmicks here - straight to the point and no pressure. Vehicles are always up to standard and if there is an issue, they will take all steps necessary to make sure you are happy. The used RAM 1500 I recently purchased had a few minor chips on the windshield and they immediately offered to replace it at no charge! Another reason Varsity Chrysler will go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

I was really nervous to get a car loan because my credit is not the greatest and after finding Varsity Dodge Chrysler online it made me feel at ease that this was such a super fast process, it only took a couple of days and I was driving away in a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze turbo!! My old car was on its last legs and was on a donut the front wheel bearing was shot and needed a once over but I didn't want to put the money into it as it's only worth $500, it was just time! It was super painless and easy and I loved that they are a husband wife team!! They make you feel like they are taking care of one of their own and really want to see you build your credit back up so you can get into your dream car sooner than later!! Amazing!

Have used Varsity Dodge for multiple repairs on our work trucks. Some with significant issues and they are always quick to get the trucks back to us. Counter staff and Service Bay staff have Top Notch customer care and are consistent in their professionalism. Thanks to Stephanie for taking such good care of us.

Everything was great but I am a little disappointed with one thing - my salesman, who received a house deal (the van I just purchased), was no where to be found on the day we took delivery of the Van. Yes, he showed us our vehicle, which we picked out before going to the dealership, but on the day we took delivery; he didn't deliver himself, nor did he come and say hi, nor did he come to check to make sure we were satisfied before we left the lot - didn't even offer to help put on the license plate. I was a salesman for a ford dealership for over 5 years and if we ourselves didn't do our deliveries, or not even go and say hi to our clients who are taking delivery of the vehicle, it would not go over well with the sales manager - it's just good business practice! AND... it was a house deal! So, the work he had to put in to get the deal was less than half of what he would normally do for any other walk in customer.
Everyone else was GREAT and really made me feel like they really wanted to EARN our business.

This dealership is amazing, very efficient and they really work hard to find the vehicle that suits your needs and your budget. I got an amazing deal on a used vehicle and they also threw in 2 sets of tires for free! We had Randy as our sales rep and he was so friendly and we were able to reach him anytime of the day and he would go in early just to accomodate our schedules which was very important to us since we have a young child. Overall I am over the moon about the vehicle I brought home, and we will continue to do business with this dealership and refer friends and family!

We had a great experience when purchasing a car as a surprise birthday present for our granddaughter. Emily was a super helpful salesperson and she worked hard to answer all our questions about the vehicle we chose. All the staff we dealt with made the purchase process as smooth as possible. We chose to surprise our granddaughter with her car at the dealership and Emily and others went out of their way to make it as fun as possible. So thanks Varsity Chrysler and Emily. You did a great job.

My wife and I recently purchased from Varsity Dodge/Chrysler. They have an excellent sales and finance team. We would like to personally thank Denis H. for his hard work and patience while we chose from their great inventory. We will remain loyal customers for many years to come.

When we were there I was glad I had my husband with me - all the men salesmen would have made it harder to shop on my own. Great selection though. And accommodating for showing vehicles.

Horrible service, went for a full reset and inspection and not even a month later the same problems I had before came up, not to mention they lost my keys when I went to pick up the vehicle. Called in and asked if there was any way of fixing it and the receptionist simply told it just "won't be done by this week" and was no help whatsoever in assisting me further. Just called Renfrew Chrysler and they're 100x better at dealing with their customers, and I haven't even dealt with them before. If I pay for a full inspection and computer restart wouldn't most reasonable people assume that their vehicle would run longer than a month? Thanks for nothing and $180 down the toilet. Dodge pulls through once again, lemons.
