Kung Fu classes for kids (ages 7-13) with little or no martial arts experience.
Adult classes also available (ages 14 and up)

Training for the beginner is based on solid foundations of stances, stepping, combat applications (kicking, punches, blocking, and self defence). Beginners learn these foundations through sparring, applications training, and traditional forms (routines).
