I love the manicure and pedicure I get from Hanna and Donna

They cut me, it was first ever pedicure, my cut really hurts. It also lasted 13 minutes and I paid $31. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent, and completely terrible experience.

Great acrylics, the lady was nice. I enjoyed my time here but I will probably just stick to my other regular nail salon.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service. I got in an hour before they closed with other people that had appointments, got a pedicure and removed fake nails from hands. They cut me on two fingers, there are dent marks on my nails from the metal they use to remove it with... my nails were hurting like crazy and part of the nails were coming off, the next day they were bleeding. Absolutly rude people and the same day talked to the owner she only said "oh sorry" they charged everybody 20minutes before because they wanted to leave the place. I got pictures of all the damage they did and how bad they treated me i wish i could post them NEVER go to this place its trash they treat you like you dont deserve to be treated... poor costumer service and they still charge you the same.

Zero stars actually. Made appointment. Had to wait 15 minutes as drop ins were put in before us. Over charged us - with up charges without our consent. Not cool. $202.00 for mani /pedi and gel fil/pedi! And my feet were still rough after the "Brief" pedi. Man handled me with sharp nails digging in to my skin - twisting my fingers to sand the nails. SO PAINFUL - told him too but he continued.. COMPLETELY STRESSFUL. .Ridiculous. Takes months to find a customer and seconds to lose one -- You lost both of us. NEVER AGAIN.

I've been going here off an on over the course of a few years and normally it's pretty good. However, when I went a couple weeks ago, I left furious. The lady who did my nails was very rude, and couldn't get my old shellac off. She kept asking me over and over again if I had got it done with them (I had), and was annoyed that it took so long to get off. Instead of being patient, she filed them to try and get it off, but in doing so she filed the tips of my nails so thin I could bend them. It took me months and many manicures to finally get my natural nails the way I wanted them, and with one grumpy lady they were totally ruined. Then she rushed the curing time, snapping at me when I said I wanted it to sit under the lamp for a while longer. She refused, and walked away from me to start on another client without so much as a "have a nice day". Less than a week later, the edges of the gel polish were lifting and getting caught on everything. I peeled it off and was left with no nails and ripped cuticles because she filed my nails so thin. I wish I knew her name, because she was literally the worst tech I've ever had.

The only reason this salon is getting 3 stars is because of one tech I had (I believe her name is Lynne?)a couple of months ago. She is fantastic and really took her time with my nails! I will be going to her to use a gift certificate I have and then I will be finding a new nail salon.

i can't believe how horrible this place is. terrible experience. over priced and the ladies there are so incredibly rude, the girl who did my nails was so unprofessional and was very rough with my nails . on top of that I got acrylic nails which ended up crooked and bubbly , she used a nail file that clearly she had used many times which is a huge no no! an hour later they felt super tight and hurt really badly, she obviously used the wrong sized tips. needless to say the next day i got them removed at a different salon. afterwards i went back to get a refund and they refused. i hate this place do not waist your time and money here they are terrible. i wouldn't doubt that they make fake reviews on here i don't see why anyone would give this place 5 stars

I am not a fan of this nail salon. It's not very clean and bad service. Something happened(not going to be specific) and the lady pointed it out. She starts jerking my foot and making it worse. I forgot to say "Don't cut my cuticles," so she ended up cutting them a cut me. So then she puts something that started to make it sting. She keeps touching that thing, before it didn't hurt at all and know it hurts. I don't recommend this Nail Salon.
