Schramsberg Wine Luncheon
We are very pleased to have Maryann Bautovich of Schramsberg Wines joining us for an exclusive wine luncheon on Sunday Sept 9, 2018. We will be tasting their flagship Blanc de Blanc their Blanc de Noir and the J. Davies Cabernet Sauvignon.

Schramsberg’s history dates back to the 19th century, when German immigrant Jacob Schram first made his home and started his winery on Diamond Mountain.
Over one hundred years later Jack and Jamie Davies would restore the Schramsberg estate in 1965. They set out to produce sparkling wine – specifically, “America’s most prestigious, select and admired sparkling wine; chosen for special guests, special gifts, pampering one’s self and expressing one’s taste in unique products.” Through the decades, this spirit of innovation earned Schramsberg and the Davies worldwide praise and recognition.
Schramsberg has also played a role in world history. The Blanc de Blancs was used for President Nixon’s 1972 “Toast to Peace” with China’s Premier Zhou Enlai (see timeline). Schramsberg’s sparkling wines have been served at official State functions by every U.S. Presidential administration since.

Jenny has created amazing dining experiences every time, her brunches are the most unique in a " sea of sameness" of breakfast items available. We have recommended and brought friends who always thank us for introducing them to Vero. Jenny is always travelling, learning, and evolving and it is exciting when she returns from a trip abroad to see what influences she will infuse into her menu. Love Vero and Jenny and Mike

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great food!” Aug. 11, 2018 Toronto, Canada We were there for our anniversary dinner. The place was small and intimate, service was attentive and the food was well prepared. We had the seafood platter which was very flavorful, they used fresh herbs grown in their garden. The pasta was done just right with lots of veggies and herbs. The portion size was very generous and we enjoyed every bit.
