Went for my daughters birthday dinner. We were a table of 13, all arriving at different times !

Our server made sure that drinks were offered as everyone was coming in. Then gave us ample time to decide our order. The food was really great and they did a great cake plate with "happy birthday" written on it with a candle !

I think my only complaint would be, is the, what we thought was complimentary bread, was not complimentary ! Reasonably priced thankfully !

We have been to Vicki's many times and have had stellar food and service every single time. Hands down the best calamari ever, love the lemon rice soup, and the chicken royale. They have a great kids' menu too. The atmosphere is upscale and elegant. My only complaint is that they are not open early on weekends and seem to be closed on some Sundays. Still, the best restaurant in Sherwood Park for sure.

We had a lovely time there. The Hostess was very friendly greeted us promptly and seated us. Our server was very attentive and on que with each course. The food was very tasty. Loved the Atmoshere. We will go back for sure!

We caught Vicky's shortly before closing on a night when diners were done dining earlier, I'm Sure. We had excellent service and the food was beyond excellent. The shrimp in sauce appetizer was to die for, both lemon rice and green pea and ham soup were delicious. Our main course we both ordered Chicken fettucine and came home with leftovers for lunch the next day. We shared a chocolate and Carmel ice cream bit of heaven for dessert. Way to go Vicky!!

Tonight we celebrated a friends birthday. The service and royal treatment from Vicki and all the staff was first-class! The food was simply AMAZING! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you for making the night magical!

Service is top notch! A few coworkers and I had trouble ordering lunch from Vickys through Door Dash - to make a long story short, one of our orders did not make it and someone at Vickys went out of their way to call me and apologize and rectify the situation, even though it was not their fault AT ALL. And then he further proceeded to personally deliver the missing meal, free of charge. This was definitely above and beyond, great to see this kind of service as it is so rare these days. Thanks Vickys!

I have never been a soup person, but the lemon rice soup is to die for. So much so that it's all I've been eating for the past 3 days (just had my wisdom teeth out) just went there to pick up another bowl and Vicky gave me a bowl free and told me how great I looked post surgery lol. I'll definitely be spending more time and money here (eating the solid foods on the menu as soon as I can!)

I had the penne pasta with shrimp and red sauce. It was fantastic! Had the lobster bisque and everyone loved that too. Great service as well. We were at a management dinner so I did not have to pay either. Bonus! Great ambience and decor. Highly recommend it.

I had the rack of lamb and my husband had the filet mignon - both were absolutely delicious and cooked exactly how we ordered them. Their charcuterie plate is fantastic, and the lemon rice soup is an unexpected treat. Highly recommend this local treasure.

I paid over three dollars for an Italian soda that was flat and I'm still stirring ten minutes later trying to get the flavouring to mix in. Lots of ice though.

For starters let's just say I've been there twice and the service is excellent. The wait staff was very professional and always smiling. The food is average and if you plan on staying after you eat dinner be prepared to get told that you have to leave due to people waiting. I understand that they make more money when the tables are full but I was pretty unhappy to be getting told to leave before my beer was even finished and my bill had not come yet. So if your in a rush and want an average meal good place to go. I will not return

Server was very nice, and fairly attentive to our four person group. How ever as the starter of soups were being eaten the entrees showed up to the table, fast food delivery. No one in our group was ready but they came and sat them down( small four person table, water glasses, drink glasses, soup bowls, then main dishes) very crowded table top. This would have been a small issue had the meats all been cooked to order, Two New York cuts were ordered and smelt quite good, one was to be medium rare the other medium. Both appeared to be done fine at first but as both steaks revealed shortly they some how got more and more rare. Not sure if only half of each steak was actually placed on the grill or what but I and my companion both only ate half of our steaks. Nice looking place, clean modern but based on this evenings meal not at all worth the price. Truthfully for a restaurant in sherwood park to charge these prices the rent in that building must be astronomical. I have eaten much better for much less, sorry Vicky's free parking cant even help tonights food taste better. One plus! Short drive home to feel sick after dinner.

Commented to server on saltiness she didn't seem concerned even though she cleared basically full plates of food including Half eaten steak and untouched sides. My partners steak was not to temp and fat was not rendered (was to be medium rare) mentioned to server as well and she said she'd let the cook know.



I ordered a drink when I first sat down and no offer of a new one. Cocktails were the best part of the meal.

I am disgusted at the decline in any type of quality of food - basically eating Costco food prepared poorly. In order to cost save (I presume) they stopped supplying peanut butter for the bagels and are now using low-grade breaded chicken instead of chicken breast for all of their wraps, salads and sandwiches. I also NEVER order lattes there anymore after having more than one cold latte. Sorry VIcki's - no more business from me.

Extremely salty, food not cooked to order, food brought to table while soup still being eaten. Commented to server on saltiness she didn't seem concerned even though she cleared basically full plates of food including Half eaten steak and untouched sides. My partners steak was not to temp and fat was not rendered (was to be medium rare) mentioned to server as well and she said she'd let the cook know.



I ordered a drink when I first sat down and no offer of a new one. Cocktails were the best part of the meal.



Server was friendly but no attempt to rectify the poor quality.



I feel it's not worth the money and would not define the quality as fine dining.



This was our first visit and most likely won't go back unless there is a new chef.

Ordered a quesadilla. They were out of sour cream, so instead they tried to pass off cream cheese in the same container. Every order from the cafe is a nightmare, and they refuse to give refunds.

The cookies, muffins, etc, are from Costco and sold at ridiculous prices, and frozen half the time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Especially zero stars for the salt ridden lemon rice, every day, all day, soup.

The restaurant is also a great place to go if you want to watch the owner yell at the staff.

I work at the Community Center and often need a quick fix for breakfast/lunch at their cafe in the library. I am disgusted at the decline in any type of quality of food - basically eating Costco food prepared poorly. In order to cost save (I presume) they stopped supplying peanut butter for the bagels and are now using low-grade breaded chicken instead of chicken breast for all of their wraps, salads and sandwiches. I also NEVER order lattes there anymore after having more than one cold latte. Sorry VIcki's - no more business from me.

Went for my daughters birthday dinner. We were a table of 13, all arriving at different times !

Our server made sure that drinks were offered as everyone was coming in. Then gave us ample time to decide our order. The food was really great and they did a great cake plate with "happy birthday" written on it with a candle !

I think my only complaint would be, is the, what we thought was complimentary bread, was not complimentary ! Reasonably priced thankfully !

We have been to Vicki's many times and have had stellar food and service every single time. Hands down the best calamari ever, love the lemon rice soup, and the chicken royale. They have a great kids' menu too. The atmosphere is upscale and elegant. My only complaint is that they are not open early on weekends and seem to be closed on some Sundays. Still, the best restaurant in Sherwood Park for sure.

We had a lovely time there. The Hostess was very friendly greeted us promptly and seated us. Our server was very attentive and on que with each course. The food was very tasty. Loved the Atmoshere. We will go back for sure!

We caught Vicky's shortly before closing on a night when diners were done dining earlier, I'm Sure. We had excellent service and the food was beyond excellent. The shrimp in sauce appetizer was to die for, both lemon rice and green pea and ham soup were delicious. Our main course we both ordered Chicken fettucine and came home with leftovers for lunch the next day. We shared a chocolate and Carmel ice cream bit of heaven for dessert. Way to go Vicky!!

Tonight we celebrated a friends birthday. The service and royal treatment from Vicki and all the staff was first-class! The food was simply AMAZING! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you for making the night magical!

Service is top notch! A few coworkers and I had trouble ordering lunch from Vickys through Door Dash - to make a long story short, one of our orders did not make it and someone at Vickys went out of their way to call me and apologize and rectify the situation, even though it was not their fault AT ALL. And then he further proceeded to personally deliver the missing meal, free of charge. This was definitely above and beyond, great to see this kind of service as it is so rare these days. Thanks Vickys!

No matter what we order or when we go there the staff is always courteous and wonderful and the food is delicious! Tastes like an exquisite home made meal every time; one of our favourite restaurants for sure!

I have never been a soup person, but the lemon rice soup is to die for. So much so that it's all I've been eating for the past 3 days (just had my wisdom teeth out) just went there to pick up another bowl and Vicky gave me a bowl free and told me how great I looked post surgery lol. I'll definitely be spending more time and money here (eating the solid foods on the menu as soon as I can!)

I had the penne pasta with shrimp and red sauce. It was fantastic! Had the lobster bisque and everyone loved that too. Great service as well. We were at a management dinner so I did not have to pay either. Bonus! Great ambience and decor. Highly recommend it.

Had our first meal there ever last night, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The service was wonderful and friendly, beautiful atmosphere, and the food... amazing. I had the rack of lamb and my husband had the filet mignon - both were absolutely delicious and cooked exactly how we ordered them. Their charcuterie plate is fantastic, and the lemon rice soup is an unexpected treat. Highly recommend this local treasure.

I paid over three dollars for an Italian soda that was flat and I'm still stirring ten minutes later trying to get the flavouring to mix in. Lots of ice though.



Ok I got it mixed now and it's pretty good

For starters let's just say I've been there twice and the service is excellent. The wait staff was very professional and always smiling. The food is average and if you plan on staying after you eat dinner be prepared to get told that you have to leave due to people waiting. I understand that they make more money when the tables are full but I was pretty unhappy to be getting told to leave before my beer was even finished and my bill had not come yet. So if your in a rush and want an average meal good place to go. I will not return

No one in our group was ready but they came and sat them down( small four person table, water glasses, drink glasses, soup bowls, then main dishes) very crowded table top.
