You will need to be comfortable working with women (and some men) of all ages and body types, and guide them through the sometimes emotional, but mostly fun process of bra fitting and lingerie shopping.

I went in to your store today and a very kind young women help me find everything I needed. I'm like many women getting fitted is not something I would look forward to as a plus size. She was fantastic and very knowledgable, and made me feel very comfortable. Ladies this shop has great staff, an large selection in all sizes and very good prices with great quality. I will stop again next time I'm in town

I wear a 34F, and the selection is excellent. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and able to get me in the bra or swimsuit that has the best support, and is the most flattering. My most recent purchase was a sports bra. Great fit, really comfortable, and able to hold the girls in their place through 8 kilometer runs. I would absolutely recommend this store to any woman, of any size or age!

I used to dread shopping for bras but not anymore. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've always had excellent service finding what I needed whether it be a bra, a swimsuit or gifts. I recommend Victorias attic to everyone. A properly fitted bra can do wonders! Thanks for providing such a great place to shop.

Awesomely large variety and selection of many things beyond just bras and panties! All available ONLINE and offering a SALE category! Due to my "remote" shipping location I favoured and received my order within 4 business days. I am excited that they offer more from the brands I really love - like swimsuits... yoga wear and some interesting one-off things. So happy I discovered this place!

After trying unsuccessfully to get a closer location to reply to my request for a favourite bra I found Victoria's Attic through the Prima Donna website. Received my purchase quickly and efficiently. Will definitely shop with you again!

Today was my first time shopping at this store. I was told exceptional things about it and had been given a gift card at my bridal shower, I was excited to see what they had!

While downstairs a lovely young lady helped me find some bras to try and helped me into a corset that was beautiful. However, once I headed upstairs things changed dramatically. Once up there I asked a different lady how the bras were organized. I had said are these organized by size ? To which I got a yes and she walked away.

Now before I go any further I'm 32 and look about 20 not that that should change the type of service you get and I was also shopping with a friend who could definitely pass as my mom.



So to go on I looked around until I found my size at which point the lady upstairs went over to my friend asked her her size sweetly, showed her the sections that were for her. I again turned around expecting the same treatment again completely ignored. I picked out a couple on my own and tried them on but all I really felt was like I really wanted to get out of there. So I took the couple things that fit. Used my gift card and left.



I just like to say it was pretty obvious she didn't want me as a customer and maybe it was just the one lady but really that one person made this experience terrible and I totally have no interest in coming back.

Went in for the first time with a friend. Had great costumer service until I changed my mind about an item which was a bridal robe.. It was 80 and I found one the next day that someone would customize for 25. Obviously I just wanted my money back. I checked my receipt and the return policy is exchange or gift card only..it’s a robe it’s not as intimate as underwear or a bra. And it’s a bridal robe so I’m obviously not going to wear it before my wedding. I messaged VA and kindly asked for an exception to the policy as it was my first time there and the sales rep never explained the return policy to me. I know that other stores like La Senza always explain this at the till. If it was underwear or a bra sure..but a robe common. I was having a conversation non-related with the sales rep and missed the signs and I am sure this has happened to shoppers. Guess I won’t be shopping here anymore, wish I would have been told about the policy.

Honestly thought the bras would be alot more comfortable for what I paid for them

I was in here today for about 15ish minutes without even a hello from any of the employees. I have shopped at multiple specialty boutiques in Edmonton area as well as Calgary,as my chest is larger and it is hard to find bras that fit properly, I own multiple of the brands that are carried in this store and I was completely disappointed with the lack of help I received. It was as if I didn’t exist, I didn’t even know there was an upstairs to this store until I was reading other reviews. I was very much looking forward to having a place closer to home to buy bras instead of being stuck driving 3 hours minimum.

I really wish I had been informed of their return policy before purchasing a bra. I tried to bring back a $90 bra that turned out to be very uncomfortable, still had the tags attached and was informed they don't do returns on bras. I'm very disappointed that I wasn't told about their return policy and I will not be shopping with them again.

I believe in spending money for good fit and comfort, but I spent the money and have the most uncomfortable bras. I can't return them. I was not fitted properly or advised correctly otherwise I'd have bras that didn't cause pain. The lady who helped me didn't measure me and said certain things I was concerned with would be okay. I assumed she knew what was best. When I tried to return, the ONLY suggestion was I wear them till they become comfortable...no compensation for the $200+ I spent the day before. I'll never go back or suggest this boutique again. I'm very unhappy with this experience.
