Victoria'S Secret & Pink

Love love love this store! Usually have great selection and good quality. Some people may be iffy on the price but what do you expect from Victoria's Secret? Staff is ok too. I just wish they bring back the Pink dogs with your purchase.

I'm from vancouver island and we don't have a Victoria secret so whenever I'm in Calgary I make a point of going. Yesterday I had Jamie as my salesgirl. Turns out it was only her second day on the job despite this and it clearly being a high pressure sales job which I can imagine would be nerveracking she was amazing. I had all sorts of questions for her and she fired answers back at me full confidence. Always a pleasure in your stores. Great job!

Excellent customer service and I love the store 👌

Usually love this store. However today while shopping the associate was extremely pushy. I explained I was picking pajamas for myself and my sisters, I didn't need any help I was just waiting for them to tell me the color they wanted. She stood there for 20 minutes (not kidding) while I was texting them and on the phone with them. Then when I again made it clear (multiple times) I didn't need any assistance she followed me around the store, being very pushy about other products.I was so upset I seriously considered complaining to the manager. I've been a regular VS shopper for years, this associate made it impossible for me to look around the store or enjoy shopping there. I left extremely frustrated having looked at none of the things I had wanted to.

Wife enjoys this spot.
