I never thought it would happen but it did. My son bought a truck from Village Honda but what an ordeal. He saw a used truck that village was selling and went to look at it. He was in his work clothes since it was cold and he just finished work. No one looked at him twice. He even went to the front desk where the receptionist looked at him and walked away. He asked a couple of men who had no customers but they said they were busy. After 30 min of waiting finally a lady came and asked him if he needed help. He said what he was there for and she mentioned she was a new car salesperson, but since no one else was helping him, she would. They talked and asked if they would take his 2014 Scion FRS in for a trade and she said yes. But we had to wait until Saturday since that's when the man who buys the cars comes in. He put a deposit to hold the truck until then. I went with my son on Saturday afternoon at 2 to make the deal. The man drove the car and said he would have to find a buyer since he wouldn't sit on the car until spring. He found a buyer and gave us the price and we accepted it. He said he would crunch numbers and be back. Well he never did. We waited for an hour in the showroom until I grabbed the saleslady and asked what we were waiting for. She was busy with other customers. She apologized and went back and forth to the money people until we got a good monthly rate. That too was an ordeal. It was like no one wanted to deal with us on this truck. She kept mentioning how much trouble she was in for doing this deal and that everyone was mad at her. The paperwork was finally done after 4 hours and still we had to get the insurance and register it before he could have the keys. (Most other dealers do it with you while you are in the showroom.) So that took until Monday. He finally got the truck after 1 hour of looking for the keys. He got the truck with an empty gas tank, busted windshield and not detailed like they said it would be. For me the only good thing about this experience is that they have a good coffee machine. I personally will never buy a vehicle from Village Honda. No prices on cars and when you ask about them you get a ball park figure. The service at Toyota is miles ahead of Honda. Just saying

The service agents do a pretty good job of explaining the services and fees associated, so there were no surprises. However, the past 3 times that the shuttle service was scheduled to pick me up, there were mix-ups. After it was very late, I called, and they either dispatched the shuttle to a different location, a different time or just completely did not schedule me at all. I suggest, if you plan to use their shuttle service, have a few hours to kill, because that's likely going to be the time-frame in which they'll get your pick up figured out. Call them, even if it's just 5 minutes late, in case they didn't schedule you in at all.

I was very nervous about making the decision to buy my first vehicle, and Andres was very helpful. Everything was done in a timely manner, everything was explained to me in great detail. Andres made choosing a vehicle very easy for me, when I test drove my Escape, it was an easy decision to make. Being a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and both Andres and Peter were there to answer everything. I will certainly be recommending this dealership, very attentive to my needs and I had an overall great experience!

I am incredibly impressed by the overall experience. Not only did I receive excellent customer service from my service advisor Arnold but from the shuttle driver to front desk as well. Will definitely be coming back for all of my other services here from now on. Ask for Arnold if you need service done!

Walked in to look and possibly purchase a vehicle. We inspected a car on the showroom floor for about 20 minutes. My wife went to the washroom and I continued to play with the settings in the car. In the half an hour that we were in the showroom, not ONE staff said hi or came close to asking us if we needed help. I will be definitely taking our business to a dealer that has better customer service.

Excellent Experience. At first no one seemed all the interested in helping me probably because I looked more like a browser then a buyer. So I passed up on several of the sales guys I usually dealt with and gave my business to the first consultant that offer me help. Apparently he was new and he tried to find someone else to help me but instead I drafted him to sell me on at 2017 Civic Sedan. I ran him around with a load of questions and I was impressed by the fact he may not know the answer but he was always willing to go find out for me. That's my kind of going the extra mile, he never once said I don't know period. It was always I don't know but I will find out for you. (Even though sometimes I had forgotten what questions I asked.) Excellent Communication of the process of buying the car, negotiating just spectacularly fantastic at providing customer service. During the entire process, Andres paid full attention to me and what we were doing. I have a pet peeve about sales guys that are trying to manage mulitple customers at once and not providing much service to anyone because they are always distracted.

I only have good things to say about Andres Ramirez. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service.Did my oil change at this location. Everyone was really professional from the associates to the techs and even the shuttle driver. I loved it. They even washed my car after. They are simply the best.

This is the first time in my life that I am writing any review but I am so pissed off with this dealership plus with Honda Canada that I wanted to warn others.

Unfortunately there is no negative star that I can give them, I bought my Honda Civic 2016 from them initially the Sales person tried to convince me that I should lease this car instead of paying cash but as I was not interested to be on hook for expensive routine maintenance through dealership I told him I will pay cash and he gave me just one lump sum number including trade off amount for my old Civic 2007 (I never had any issue plus the only maintenance I did on this 2007 civic was timely oil change) hence I was interested in paying cash for my new car.

The lump sum amount that salesperson gave me seem high to me and fortunately my car delivery was next day I was able to call another dealership and they gave me whole breakdown and now it was clear the Salesperson from this dealership was charging me 2000 extra. Next day when I went to this dealership I asked him to provide me the breakdown of cost initially the salesperson from this dealership tried to justify his cost and during justification he told me that he charged me $500 for some card which will allow me for free oil change for life and for rest of the amount discrepancy he apologized and corrected the amount. I thought we are all human being we all make mistakes no big deal the guy made a mistake lets move forward. But later I found the card he sold me for 500/ for free oil change is actually valid only if you get all routine maintenance done for this dealership which defy the purpose of buying car on cash. I called salesperson first left him message that I don't need this card as I don't want any expensive routine maintenance he called me back and left me message lying to me straight that he already told me about routine maintenance plus I have singed some papers agreeing for routine maintenance. I thought may be it just one bad salesperson hence I sent email to Manager and GM complaining about this person and card but no reply from them at all. Later I filled complaint form on Honda Canada website about this incident. I received call from them for some Ontario no and the guy on the phone sided with the dealership asking me to contact same manager again who didn't bother to reply my email.

As far as I am concerned I am done with Honda and for you guys my advice will be to stay away from this dealership otherwise ask for all breakdown check calculation yourself get quote for other dealership, don't think for a second that you area dealing with renowned company and they will not cheat you.
