Came in to get price on muffler repair and exchange summer tires for winter. Price on muffler repair was 600.00 more then action muffler in Edmonton, so the drive to Edmonton was well worth it. Got tires changed over, the tires were directional and they didn't get one going the right direction, they made an excuse why they didn't put centre caps on, and five months latter had a flat, the lug nuts were so tight that I had to use a snipe and it busted off the stud. When I returned to complain, they said they could change the tires to make them follow the big directional arrows on the tires, NO THANKS.
IN THIS ECCONOMY CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED AS GOLD!! They did not even apologize!
All I can say is ACTION MUFFLER

Horrible customer service.
Was told because I didn't buy parts from them my business wasn't important.
I wanted a custom exhaust. But already had muffler still needed pipe bends and labour. But because I didn't pay their mark up on the muffler. They didn't want my business

Been around forever. Honest people to buy from, but they could use an appoinment based system instead of just dropins.
