I just wanted to relate a recent positive experience I had at the Visions store on Macleod Trail. My husband and I had come in to look for a television.

The first thing that we noticed was how clean and well-ordered the store was. Chris (Rogers) came up and introduced himself, and after determining the features we (well, my husband) wanted and our price range, proceeded to walk us through the different models and demonstrated the Smart features of each model. My husband asked a LOT of questions, and Chris was unfailingly cheerful and helpful. We selected our TV, and have been very happy with our purchase.

If you're going to this particular Visions store, ask for Chris!

I was recently at Visions on Macleod Trail and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly and greeted me as I came in. I was just looking, but Chris gave me an audio demo that was amazing. He brought over a manager and they dropped the price to the point where I could not say no. They offered me home install, and get this, if I don't use their warranty, I get the whole amount back as store credit.
Totally blown away by my visit.

When I went to Visions to get a new phone after getting laid off (had to give back my company phone), Chris. R "The friendly sales giant" really went out his way to make sure I got the best possible phone to suit my needs. He walked me through all my options and helped me choose and set-up my new phone. I walked out of there an hour later and was mobile again. A bright light on a cloudy day.

No Stars, Worst Customer Experience. Don't buy any warranty they won't help you. They take your device and then say oh we will get back to you and it will take 6 weeks. After a couple of months or more with no device you will be wondering why you bought the warranty. They claim they lost your number even after following up with them on the status of the warranty. They say its education training of our employees. Also note their is no head office or escalation that the store provides. Aggressive selling to sell you at a discounted price given that you will buy there warranty that most likely they won't honor. Just look at all the posts on the net and you will find that people have the worst experiences having bought from Visions. The store employees tell you one thing and the General manager tells you another.

I very much hope that people read this and never buy from Visions. We can only hope that people will force them to go out of business for poor customer service.

Very helpful associates who were able to help me find the wiring harness I needed for my stereo, despite me not being able to find it anywhere else.

Decent selection with usually some of the best deals available, but be warned; Visions is the 'king of commissions'. These guys want your money only for their cut.

I purchased a tv from here and I am very satisfied with the purchase! J Osbourne was extremely helpful and kind. Definitely request him if you come!

I never go hear looking for a specific TV, specific car stereo deck, specific speakers, or anything else. Their selection just isn't that good. But if you go in looking for a good deal on a TV, or deck, speakers, then you won't leave disappointed. They have seemingly random sales on seemingly random pieces of equipment, and if you're not picky about the exact model you'll get an awesome deal. I love this place.

Absolutely terrible service! Take your money elsewhere!

My girlfriend needed a new TV, she first had one picked out on a boxing day special and went in to get it and all she asked was "do you have anything else comparable I should look at?" The salesperson then walked away and proceeded to help someone else... I was out of town and not able to go with her so she held off.

Then a few months ago we went back in to see what the they could do, first they were unwilling to price match a deal I found online and secondly when the manager came and I told him how badly she was treated previously he couldn't care less and just said "well I wasn't there". We ended up taking a picture of a deal they had and went to Best buy and got it for less! As someone in sales I am completely appalled at there lack of customer service and that they actually treat customers that way. We will NEVER purchase anything from them and neither should you, just get the price and go to Best buy they're WAY BETTER!

Good prices and a large selection of stock. Have purchased two TVs from this location over the years. Service is a bit lacking but the discounted prices tend to make up for it. Best if you go in already know exactly what you want (product and price point).

They are quick to sell what ever they want. Guys there either don't know what they are talking about and will b.s through it. Or they are stuck up about it and still can't fully answer some questions. Deals are pretty good though.

Vehicle auto starters - I highly recommend you purchase it here. They have a life time warranty on installation and they deliver on that promise. Any difficulties I've run into with the auto start Vision has gone above and beyond. Upgrading the device, reprogramming he fab when the battery dies at no charge. Programming help for the 2 way it does everything you want and more. Smart start NS 3000. I highly recommend. I recently misplaced my 1 way fab and the 2 way worked when it wanted, from abuse on my part, and it was $180 to replace it. . Domingo when above and beyond to set me up so I have 2 new fabs reprogrammed. Domingo you're the best appreciate all you've done.
I don't know why a person would go anywhere else for an auto start.

Satisfied Customer! Black friday 2016 the store was absolutely packed, I was helped by a gentlemen named Matt. he walked me through my options and was very forthright with what was the best value for my dollar. I have a admit i was little hesitant to follow though considering the price of the television but at no point did i feel pressured to buy it .. i was given all the info i needed and left to make my own decision. I ended up coming back 2 days Later and Matt was able to match the price originally offered on the sale day and hooked me up with a sound bar that had been used on the floor but was like new at cost.. I'm really happy with my overall experience at the company and the product speaks for itself thanks guy keep up the awesome service!
