I spent over $500 for a two way remote car starter with warranty on my Honda Odyssey. They had it installed in under 2 hours. Chris was helpful and friendly. The staff was helpful. I was at the NE location off 32nd.

My wife and I went to this Visions store to get what we needed to hook up our new turntable. The manager, Ilija, took care of us and we got what we wanted -- on budget --- after a thorough and patient discussion of all the options. Then came the surprise question: how were we doing with our phone service? Turns out it wasn't as well as we thought. Like many people, we'd built up a layer cake of plans and contracts; Karl, whom I now think of as my communications broker, said he could do better for us. And he did. With patience, good will, and good humour, he set my whole family up with an efficient, up-to-date, and budget-conscious phone plan. I think of my experience at this Visions store and I see new-school technological savvy and old-school customer service combined. I'm going to need better speakers soon. And in a couple of years, new phones. I'm looking forward to going back.

I called two weeks ago looking for a quote to have something installed in my car. I was told the person in that department was busy and would call me back. A week later I still had not heard back. I call the store again and finally get a quote. 10 days later I call again to schedule installation. I called no less than 10 times and received a busy signal. When I finally got through I was supposedly transferred to the scheduler.......I was transferred to dead air (I waited at least 10 minutes not knowing if I was on hold or if I was put in some telephone land limbo as there was no hold music or sound) I called back again 3 times before someone answered and was asked to "please hold"....I pleaded with them not to transfer me to dead air again. The person again told me that the scheduler was busy and took my name and number again.........not holding my breath while waiting for a call back. Either they are short staffed and need to hire more people to deal with phone calls or they are just plain unprofessional.

Update - When I finally got a hold of someone to book the installation - I was told "Oh you have to come in and book and pay for it" Information that would have been useful when I called for a quote. I don't appreciate my time being wasted with making all the calls....messages not being returned and lack of professionalism........ I'm taking my business to The Car Salon up the road.

Went to this store looking for a 2D car stereo. Was quickly approached by Bailey who was super helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the products. Also dealt with David who was also really great! Had an overall great experience and I left happy. Will certainly go back for all my electronic wants. :)

If you want great service talk to Chris in car audio and Adam in installs! They absolutely killed it in putting together a full package for my car. Adam has done multiple installs for me and always does a great job! Don't hesitate to go see these guys today!

The car soundsystem department was very helpful and wasn't pushy. They helped me find a product that was in my price range and didn't try any selling tactics like other places. They also installed my stereo for a reasonable price quickly and properly.

Not enough staff members to help out the customers, and the salesmen kept trying to push me to buy things I didn't want

My boyfriend, his young teen client for respite, and I went into the store, my boyfriend was going to buy a speaker but not in that exact moment. When we walked out a lady who worked there followed us out and asked the client to unroll his sweater as if he stole something. The thing is that the store was empty and the client is quite the character so every worker noticed him, they saw that we would've been far too slow to have the coordination to steal something without getting caught. When my boyfriend went back in to confront them he was faced with no apologies and rude immature service such as giggling at the terrible thing they just did. They didn't think to question my boyfriend and I because we weren't black or special needs, you'd think by 2017 we'd be past racial profiling and discrimination against special needs people

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely want to help you and great prices. Go see Karl, he went above and beyond to help us and we are so thankful!! :) Will be coming back for sure.
