Everyone knows their stuff and is willing to help you, they get busy sometimes so some patience is necessary if you can understand that they'll put just as much time into you as any other customer. All of the people who work there look forward to your business and encourage a first name basis to make sure that the buying process is more personal. They will fight to get you the best deal possible and will add on products if it will help you with whatever you're buying, but the best part is that there is no pressure! I highly encourage you take a visit to the new location and let someone help you because they know what they're doing!

Prologue: I frequented Visions many times when it was located in Richmond Square, before the move to Westhills, buying thousands of dollars in useless car stereo equipment that made my trucks sound like nightclubs. Now that I'm a home owning, tax paying adult, I now buy useless home theatre equipment, and I only buy said equipment from Chris Towers at the new Visions. Although his last name is reminiscent of the 'Hightower' character from Police Academy, he's not tall, or black, or angry (many reading this won't be old enough to understand the reference. Just Google it). I have purchased TV's, headphones, speakers, cables, and many other accessories from Chris, and I couldn't be happier. Chris, and the rest of the 'Visionaries' (that's what I assume they call themselves) are helpful, knowledgeable, good looking, honest, and always go above and beyond to help you. Once you get to know them, they treat you like family, and no matter what the entitled, whining, complaining keyboard warriors say, these guys deserve every dollar they earn in sales. I had a delivery problem with a 75" UHD TV I bought, and Chris literally took money out of his own pocket to solve the problem. Who does that?!? I almost cried. Almost. All in all, I think you should head over to Visions and buy all your electronics from Chris and the guys. And bring coffee; they work way too hard and rarely take breaks. Oh, and yogurt. They love yogurt.

Christopher was exceptional. Not pushy and made sure we got what we needed. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

There are reasonable prices when stuff is on sale, the customer service of some of their employs is something else. Some helpful people do work there and have helped me before. But this two star review is a reflection of my dozen or two visits to this store.

The manager there today told me my vehicle does not have dash speakers, and told me if I wanted dash speaker (if my vehicle really has does them) I had to get circumference on the speaker. Well they are a 23.9" circumference, or a 4" by 10" speaker (which is how they sell them). I also bought my deck at this Visions and there was no mention I would lose all my steering wheel control of my deck after installation and to give me my steering wheel control of my deck it would be $110 for the part (but the manager looked on amazon and they sell them for around $60-$70). This is not including labor.

He also said it was probably not mentioned that I would need this module for control from my steering wheel, because my vehicle does not have such a thing, and it might be after market, even though it's stock. It was a huge mes around to get this deck installed in the first place because a part they needed to install my deck in the first place didn't come in so the day I was supposed to have it installed, I drove all the way down there to find out they forgot to call me and tell me they didn't have the part yet.

He also said he would get me a deal today if I didn't wait until boxing day, his version of "DEAL" was everything sold today at regular price with a 60 day guarantee on price.

Bought a t.v.and was trying to get information on accessories but was told I didn't spend enough money to get my questions answered. When I tried to talk to a manager to discuss this situation they either didn't seem to care or never got back to me.

Went in looking for a quote on car audio, not necessarily looking to buy anything that specific day, just shop around. After standing beside the salesmen for 30 minutes while he browsed the Vision's website and clicked the first amp/sub/wiring items that appeared (with no suggestions on what would work best on my application, just picking random items), he refused to even print a quote, claiming their system wouldn't let them. After being asked probably 10 times, "how can we get your business TODAY?", and my refusal to spend $900 on something I know I can get elsewhere for $600, I finally was able to walk out with some serial numbers and a dollar amount written on a Visions brochure. The whole experience was akin to buying a used car. I will not be back!

Walked in. No customers in there. Just 2 staff members. I was with the family to buy a home theater system. Guess you guys don't want the business. Or you need to hire staff that will earn the business. Will continue the business at visions 32nd. Even if the drive is 30 min from home.

Do your own research at home don't let the staff try and push you into something you don't want can be a bit pushy. Typically have the best prices

Sales of car starter went well, felt like a good deal. However that was where the positive ended.... Set up appointment over a month in advance only to drive a great distance to install shop to find that install tech would not open the door and had to wait and pound on door for over half an hour and several phone calls to get someone to respond. Then the tech advised that the vehicle would not be ready at promised time so had to leave vehicle overnight and catch a ride home then back next day...
Frustrated with lack of co-ordination and timing of install.
