Primarily an RMT, but have furthered my knowledge in yoga movement therapy working with Critical Alignment Therapy props. This type of yoga /movement therapy helps to increase stability in our postural muscles while regaining mobility through the body.

Vitality Therapeutic Massage/ Movement Yoga Therapy Description

Treatments offered: Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, and Pre /Postnatal. Each treatment is customized to fit your specific needs, and all range from 30-90 minutes.
