Vive Rejuvenation Clinic

I have been to Vive 4 times, once for each of the following: a consultation, a facial, a laser treatment and a followup appointment. The treatments were wonderful but the team does not appear to respect their client's time. For each of these appointments, they were running at minimum 15 minutes late and once over 40 minutes late. 2 of these appointment times were the first appointments of the day. I can understand running late every so often, but being this late everytime I have an appointment is just disrespectful to me and my time. I wont be back.

Super friendly staff! Easy to make appointments (and I tend to leave things to the last minute). Met the Doctor today and she is just as lovely as the other ladies working there. Love this place and would highly recommend it! Bringing my Mum and sister in for sure!

First off this was my first experience for Botox back in last Augest,
I went into the office the lady at the desk was quite cold and unapproachable, I filled out my paper work passed it back I had asked her if a cortisone shot was available for a large cystic pimple I had. She brought out a skin care lady who worked there and they put me in a room (the nurse who applied Botox wasn't in the office yet anyways ) basically she tried to talk me into buyin a 500 dollar acne kit for my one cystic pimple. I don't have acne.
I declined went back out and started to wait again. Then they tried to sell me make up. The women was very persistent. I said this foundation was much to light. They pursuaded me to but it and it looked nice. I still have it. It makes me look like Casper.
They were trying to sell my friend things as well not to drag this on to long. Finally the nurse shows up. Talks me into more Botox then I had wanted. Which she was probably right about except it had no affect I thought maybe it was just me until I recently went to another clinic and have had amazing results.
They're about money there she told me I should consider getting filler to plump my skin which is something I never even noticed I needed I felt terrible when I left there. Now I know Botox is amazing and works. No thanks to them. I don't recommend you waiting an hour and a half for an appointment that is a waste of money.

They are simply incredible and deserve to be on Top! They won the 2015 Top Choice Award for the Top cosmetic clinic in Calgary.. Congratulations on the win and keep it up:)

Vive Rejuvenation is AMAZING! From the minute you walk in the door the staff are very welcoming and professional, they make you feel so comfortable! I have had two different types of treatments at Vive and have never been disappointed! The prices are excellent value for the amazing results and treatment you receive as a customer! I love Vive and highly recommend it it everyone, you will not be disappointed!
