We love the final results of this smile makeover with before and afters! ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒ M.C. presented to our office with failing dentition. After obtaining records and a formal treatment consultation appointment, it was decided that the remaining teeth would be removed and implant-supported fixed prostheses would be fabricated to restore the form, function and aesthetics of the dentition.
With the assistance of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, implants were placed in the maxilla an...d mandible with the use of a surgical guide. A temporary set of fixed acrylic teeth was used to contour the tissue and adjusted as required for optimal speech and function. The final result shown here is zirconia crown and bridge on dental implants. This material combines incredible strength with beautiful aesthetics. The crown and bridge is more comfortable for patients than traditional fixed options due to the reduction in bulk and natural feeling of the zirconia.
A diamond was placed on the facial surface of the canine for added customization. Dermal filler was used to recontour the lips at the conclusion of treatment. M.C. is so happy that she agreed to share her final results on our social media!
