Following a motor vehicle accident, I reached out to Mike Vogel at Vogel LLP after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Engaging a lawyer is intimidating - personally I had never considered that I would be in this position, and even after I first met with Mike, I was not convinced that I would need a personal injury lawyer to assist with my claim and did not sign on the dotted line right away. Unfortunately (or fortunately) after a few days and discussions with the other side it was apparent that there were many moving parts, regardless of this incident not being in any way my fault. I needed someone who was going to be on my side, primarily to ensure that my recovery was priority number one and that an efficient, fair and reasonable resolution was priority number two. Mike and the team at Vogel made this pretty clear from the start that this was the focus - everything else would happen in due time.
