SHIELDING YOUR ENERGY

1. Shield yourself with white light. How exactly do you do that? Very simple. Either visualize a pure white bubble of light all around you. Or simply think it, if visualizations are not your forté. The shield is created with your intention. 2. Black tourmaline. If you’re into crystals at all just carry a piece of back tourmaline in your pocket. Black tourmaline is excellent for warding off undesirable energies. 3. Sage. You don’t need to walk around with a smudge stick smoking throughout the office, but you can buy sage sprays. 4. Archangel Michael. If you believe in the angelic realm, you can call on Archangel Michael to shield and protect you and your energy.
All starts with basic intention. This is what creates the shield.
