The staff are extremely kind and very helpful. I've had an experience where I brought a group of 5 and my father (who isn't very game inclined) had issues with playing the whole time but the person who was there helped us the whole time and was VERY professional. Gear is always wiped down and clean and it's very nice. I'm there as much as I can!! 10/10 would do again and again and again.

Staff did an amazing job helping out and assisting with the VR. Anytime we had an issue (our own ignorance) they were right there to help out!



Great environment and love the fact they can put you in the same game with friends! Made the experience that much better!



Even better, you don't really need to be huge into video games to enjoy the experience I believe. Its very well rounded and can cater to all needs!

Just had an excellent experience here! Brought our lacrosse team for a year end party- we had 15 teenage boys to entertain and feed. The staff were fantastic with our crew and with the parents. Would highly recommend for birthdays and team functions. The only drawback was the back area got quite hot while we were there..would do better with increased A/C or fans.

In the mid 90's I experienced VR at West Ed Mall......it was terrible!! Poor graphics and unresponsive controllers.



This was 1000 times better. You have the ability to move around, the controllers & the headsets are very responsive. We laughed the entire time as a group of 5 playing together!!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone regardless of age!!

I'm not much of a gamer, and am not skilled with a controller, but this was awesome and easy to get used to! You're right in the game! Their amazing staff is right there if you need help. There are so many games to choose from, and you can even play with other players. This place is absolutely incredible! I strongly recommend it.

I'm a big gamer and enjoy both controller/console gaming and keyboard and mouse so I wasn't sure what to expect. Was a TON of fun! Got a tutorial (which I paid for) but it got me into the swing of things. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only had one issue with the game and it was fixed within a couple minutes. Took some time for the staff to acknowledge the issue but they were helping somebody else, no fault of theirs. I would totally recommend this place to any age of person, with any amount of gaming experience. Dates, team building exercises, or just some solitude headshotting zombies. You won't regret coming here.

I was so excited when I saw this online and it did not disappoint! The staff could not have been nicer and were very attentive and helpful. For example I bumped my headphones off at one point and a staff member was there putting it back on my head before I even knew what happened. I recommend everybody to try it, it would make a great date night or out with some buddies, you can speak to your partner the entire time and many of the games are multiplayer. You don't have to be a gamer by any means, it's very easy, intuitive and pretty much a mind blowing experience overall. Thanks to the owners for bringing such a cool business to Lethbridge!

They are helpful, fun, and very passionate about this place. The price is good, and though we only bought an hour, our time did not feel like it was up too quickly. I highly recommend, and can't wait to return!

I had the best experience at the arcade with a group of friends! After I won a free hour in a Facebook contest and I cannot wait to go back again! I wold highly recommend it for a great evening.
