I am currently accepting new clients seeking individual counselling. I counsel adults or teens by Skype or in person.

My name is Veronica Wautier and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologist. I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology.

I have experience working with clients experiencing the following mental health concerns /diagnoses:
Anxiety, Depression, Relationship challenges, Communication struggles, Grief and Loss, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Trauma, Addictions, Caregiver stress, Difficulty coping with a variety of life changes or challenges and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches with clients including client-centered, cognitive and dialectical behaviour therapy; solution focused therapeutic techniques, and also training in mindfulness-based strategies.
