Outdoor Strollercise classes are here! This dynamic, bootcamp-style workout is great for new moms of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. We meet at Bevan's Nature area, near the playground.
No stroller? No problem. Not-so-new moms, non-moms and gents are more than welcome.
And it's FREE! A voluntary per-class donation to the local Charity of the Week will be gladly accepted.
