Pretty much the best store on earth, helpful advice, inspiration, and all of the coolest new running gear!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful whether your a new runner looking to run your first 5k or a grizzled old ultrarunner needing to stock up for your next race. The store is something you would expect in the big city, miles ahead of what you would expect to see here in gp!

Just bought some shoes yesterday, during a sale, surprise surprise... the staff are awesome! Did my first 5k with them today and felt amazing, my feet are a little wider and the shoes they sold me were the perfect fit thanks to their help. Love this store!

I went into Walk Run and More for the first time a couple of days again and had a personal shoe fitting with Lisa. Amazing!!! She knows her stuff and was so helpful. After a sprain 2 months ago I was finally able to t out yesterday with my new shoes and walk and run again!!!

I have been buying shoes at the store for over 2 years now and I keep coming back. The customer services is fantastic and I completely recommend them for any sports shoes needs 😊

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good quality clothes that fit and flatter, and a broad selection of sizes. As a woman who is a size large, this is one of my favourite places to shop!

It's like Norm walking into Cheers - Everyone in the store knows me by name. All ways great advice and lots of options available. My Shoe Closet needs an addition.

Had a great experience with the staff in store when I bought my shoes. They understood what type of shoe I needed and helped me find a good fit. However, I was informed that as long as I didn't wear them outside I could return them. The shoes started to bother my feet and when I called about returning them I was told that I could not do so as they had been worn too much. (I can understand that reasoning behind this but it is important that all staff inform the customers in the same and correct way.) I was not told of any other limits for returns, only that the shoe cannot be worn outside. The solution to my problem was to purchase a different pair or an insole. I specifically shopped at this store as I thought I would get better customer service than at a larger store. Disappointed in my overall experience.
