Walmart Deerfoot City Supercentre

Likes - Nice clean store with friendly staff. It's one of the only big box stores around that has an efficient and fair check-out line "system". Too much unpriced merchandise though.

Dislikes - The menswear department is tiny and poorly organized since they moved everything around. I usually just shake my head and walk right by it.

Shocked and disappointed to realize shopping carts were under lock and needed a dollar coin to free one up for my use. I normally don't carry coins on me, so had to inconveniently carry my heavy shopping basket in hand. I saw many other shoppers suffering a similar ordeal. Shop somewhere else that's more comfortable!

I shop here at least 5 times a week.
I can't shop at this location until they do something about the screaming children. Every single time without fail, a screaming, crying kid with a clueless parent pushing the empty cart through the store.
Parents seem pleased with subjecting everyone to their noise pollution.
I'm going to avoid this location until this is addressed!
I've never seen this problem when I lived in the SW.

Not a lot of crowd.. Good for quick shopping..

But half of the shelves were empty even though it was not busy.. 50%if the items in the flyer are not available on the shelves.. Seems to be they are upgrading the store.. But it's their responsibility to make sure everything is available before they publish in their flyers.. I drove around 15 kms to get the flyer items, but returned with half of the list not crossed..

The manager called to help me with items I had bought from the Walmart in Heritage was not pleasant. He had even said I can only return the t-shirt shirts to the wall mart in Heritage. If I had not insisted on not going back to heritage I guess I would have gone there. The receptionist told the guy what needed to be done but he at first said they cannot take my items. Keep managers who know what they are doing. The receptionist knew better than the manager.

Decent parking. Mediocre service. McDonalds is a saving grace

Just stopped in for pop, letus,and atkins chocolate. They could use some cashiers.

Hard to find store employees who can help you with questions. Rest you can explore yourself and find what you need.

They could really use for staff man the customer service desk. I had placed an online grocery order and I was not going to be able to make it in scheduled pick up time. I wanted to see if If I could reschedule or cancel the order. I literally spent two hours trying to get hold of their customer service without any luck. I called the 1-800 number I called different departments to see if they could transfer me. No one was able to help me. I ordered online hoping that it would be convenient and hassle free, it has been anything but that.
