Walmart Supercentre

Don't shop at this Wal-Mart. The parking lot is a complete disaster filled with panhandlers and addicts (someone asked me for fentanyl). Do I look like a dealer?? Anyways, if you can make it alive into the store you will find yourself in a magical, dirty 3rd world environment, where people with back packs are loading up on the razors and walking right out the doors which beep on every 2nd person. Standing in line is the worst part because there is always one guy at this Wal-Mart who smells. More like Wal-Fart.

Today was way crowded. Heavy traffic and no shopping carts available. Checkouts busy but were fast.

Completely packed with people on a Sunday afternoon with huge lineups at the till. Waited over half an hour in line. They should have had every till open and they didn't. I won't be coming back to this location again.

Terrible. Went to by a charger for my android. Asked sales person to help me. He got the charger for it, paid for it and open it to double check it was correct fit.(I don't usually check). It was the wrong one. The other associate came over after I asked him twice. He said that is the wrong one. He got me the correct charger, then told me to go to customer service. Wonderful, get to customer service, there is a line up and one person on the desk doing Western Union. There was a Supervisor who walked by several times and didn't help anyone. Meantime lineup just gets longer! Customer Service does not exist at Walmart!

There is nothing redeeming about this store. It is filthy on the outside and worse on the inside. Double check your produce and baked goods, don't go by the expiry date. Thieves roaming the parking looking for an opportunity, others trying to cheat you out of your cart. When you are well into the express lanes you realize that only 2 of the six express tills are open. The teller whispers "yes, one or 2 open most of the time". One girl in customer service spent 30 minutes selling a $68 MoneyGram while the lineup grew to a dozen angry customers. All staff moving like sloths. The store is a disgrace. I don't believe that it meets up to the Walmart Brand by any stretch. Go anywhere but here unless you can hit it first thing in the morning.

Wish they could keep it bit clean otherwise just like any other Walmarts they carry tons of stuff for cheap price... Grocery, dairy products, garden items, children toys, etc... don't expect great customer service, looks like staff are overwhelmed/ exhausted.

Extremely disgusting. Never go into the washrooms, they're never clean. I am aware that there is so many people going in there, but it's just so gross every time. I saw poop every where.. and nobody seems to flush the toilets. It's so nasty. Lots of beggars. The customer service people are rude too, especially at the photo centre. I just asked a few questions and she seemed so tired. She pointed at the sign very rudely.

Walmart is no longer what it used to be: is no longer the place where you find unbeatable lowest prices. Not longer the case, now you need to be very careful to decide your purchase, because you will find a better deal with higher quality at the Real Canadian Superstore. Couple few things are always $100+. Most of the stuff is friendly, unfortunately not all like it used to be in the past.

I tried match a price from a competitor on a product I had purchased the day before in an effort to not need to return the product. I was told to go to the competitors location and take a picture of the UPC code and price tag to prove the match. The online print out showing the Price and Model number of the product was deemed insufficient for some reason. So I made the trip to do this and when I came back with a picture showing stock of the unit and the price tag showing the price as well as the date the tag was printed. I was told that I would be unable to match prices still due to no sale start and end date being shown on the tag.
As someone who has customer service experience and has had to do many many price matches before this surprised me. Most company's would honor the price as long as it was not a clearance item, the item was in stock and the price was current.
I was very disappointed about the unwillingness to help by the staff and management of this location.
