Warren grew up in Central Alberta and is currently raising a family of 3 boys with his wife Tricia on an acreage between Red Deer and Sylvan Lake.

Previously working in sales for an oilfield supply company, Warren learned that lightning fast response time was the way to earn his customer's trust. His career grew quickly and eventually became the general manager.

During that time he bought and sold several of his own properties. Where he received nothing short of terrible customer service from 3 different real estate agents.

Warren clearly saw an opportunity to raise the bar and provide better service in the real estate industry. So he made the transition.
