Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort

We loved the spacious room with log fire, pity it was too warm to use it ! The large bathroom, spa bath and walk in shower. We used the leisure pool and jacuzzi too. Waterton is so relaxing, with many good eating places. But there are many walks, drives, boat trips and also retail opportunities. A real all round place with something for all. Looks like the skiing in winter would probably be amazing there.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Lodge in July and was very pleased by the room, the staff and the location. Within short walking distance there are a variety of dining options for all tastes and budgets. The restaurant at the Lodge has a great family menu and the food was good and reasonably priced. I will be back :)

ol was amazing--beautiful scenery--friendly staff.. We will be back for sure!!!! Lodge lounge was nice--- loved the cozy atmosphere--- a nice surprize tucked into the mountains!!!

Room was very clean & cozy. Food was good. Due to a short stay & high winds we didn't go to the leisure center.

Nice 2 night stay, excellent food and friendly staff. Will highly recommend.

Beautiful location, comfortable bed, clean, super friendly staff! What more could you ask for � We will definitely be back �

Worst costumer service every! Took it up with them and pretty much just got a “too bad” from them.

It's like a sweat shop. They make the staff sign an agreement giving the lodge the monetary tips left behind by customers- FOR 6 MONTHS. If their workers leave the lodge earlier than agreed, for ANY reason, the worker is forced to leave behind the tips left for him/her. I unfortunately saw this happen over the summer when an employee broke down under pressure. I was personally involved in the after care required after an employees summer at the lodge. Little concern came from the lodge after. And as promised monetary tips were kept by management.
