Nice place. The owner is very friendly.

Sometimes when the owner isn't around the other staff play terrible elevator music far too loud, which makes it tough to talk or study, and refuse to change it, but that didn't happen too often.

Been there many times and loved the coffee. But the last time i ordered a Caramel Frappe which I had had before and liked, but this time it tasted like sour milk!! All my friends tasted it and they were all revolted. It was so bad i couldn't even finish it! So we went and very politely told them it tasted like sour milk. All the employees ganged up on me including the manager and told me it was their "new ice cream"!? and when i watched them make my drink they didn't even put ice cream in it! So then they sent me off without even offering a refund or to make me a new drink! They just said: "Well if we make you a new one it'll just taste the same". Terrible customer service. I had to throw out my 5.50$ drink it was such a waste!! And to top it off I got sick from my bad drink!! Will not be going again.

First off it's a big location for a coffee house. I find the selection to be good but could maybe have a few more options but that personal. Staff are usually from the college and are helpful and the atmosphere is warm. Take a load off and stay awhile.

The staff are friendly, the mochas are made with real chocolate, and not chocolate milk.

I like their Earl grey tea as well.

A good amount of seating.

I come here whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

The guy that is always there is so fast at putting together your order and making you feel at ease all the time.

Glad I can just walk over and get a quick snack or drink.

The food and coffee is delicious, and the ambiance is really great. I love coming here for online work and for relaxing

I can't think of anything bad to say about this coffee shop, I've been a regular there for 4 years and I've always been impressed. The coffee and hot chocolate is amazing (they blend Belgian chocolate into mochas and hot chocolates) and although it's more expensive than tims and Starbucks, the quality of their drinks makes it worth the extra cash. I'm especially blown away by their customer service though. I'm always greeted with a warm hello from the staff and some of them know me well enough to know my drink order and start it while I'm in line to pay. The owners are lovely people and their friendly service has surpassed my expectations for a coffee shop. Now that I've moved across the city, it's still worth the trip every once in a while to go to this cafe to enjoy a drink and catch up with the people there. 6/5 stars from me!

Good drinks! On the expensive side since the downturn. Parking is a little troublesome at this location.
