Regarding “Super Liquor’s” negative review.
Waymarc Industries is not in the retail shelving business, we deal with industrial storage products of which some of them clean up very nice and are utilized in the retail market. Super Liquor came to us as they had sticker shock from the pricing of retail shelving. We showed them several industrial options that we utilized to out-fitted many liquor stores in Alberta and we also showed them one of the high-end stores that we had supplied. We Quoted them on the high-end product and it was way out of their budget. We invited them into our show room to show them how we could cut costs and still have it look great, we requoted them based on what we showed them. They knew what product they were getting, there was no bait and switch. This store was not a high-end liquor boutique, the product they purchased is the same product that many of their competitors are using and it fits their business model of discount liquor. It was sad that we were unable to resolve this and that it ended up on social media, but these things happen unfortunately.
