About Wee Potty

I help families reduce or eliminate their use of diapers by teaching and offering support for elimination communication and non-coercive potty training.

Wee Potty Description

Danielle is a certified Go Diaper Free coach who teaches healthy, lifelong potty habits for babies and kids! Teaching Elimination Communication, humanity's original potty learning tool, she helps parents meet their babies need to stay clean and dry by watching for their baby's signals, and using timing and intuition to get their baby to the potty on-time. For kids over 18 months, she also teaches a quick and easy method of potty training that doesn't rely on candy or stickers but instead helps parents learn their children's cues and timing, and teach their children the steps to master it.

Workshops, support groups and private consultations (both in-person and virtually over phone /skype) are offered in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.

If you are looking for support or advice, or have any questions at all, send me an email at danielle@godiaperfree.com

We stumbled into EC when our little guy was four months old and couldn’t stand a wet diaper. This Facebook group and the support group meetings offered provided me the info and encouragement we needed. Our little guy stopped using cloth diapers and was fully potty trained before he was two years old. We couldn’t have done it without the support from Danielle. THANK YOU!

My husband and I took the Non-coercive potty training class with Danielle about a month ago. It was very informative and helped to answer some questions not brought up in the book and it gave us added confidence to hear about her own potty training experiences. The next week we dove into potty training our almost 16-month-old following the method in "The Tiny Potty Training Book" and with great advice and support from the Go Diaper Free of Edmonton FB group. I am so glad I took the class and so grateful for Danielle's knowledge and support. My daughter is now 16-months-old, out of daytime diapers and so proud of herself. I definitely recommend Danielle's services if you are looking to start EC or Potty Training or if you need help getting over a bump in your diaper free journey!

Just wanted to say a quick thanks for all the information I received at the workshop! At the time our 2.5 year old had been training for a few months but we just couldn't get him to go consistently & started to show resistance to our involvement. The class cut through all the conflicting advice we had been receiving and gave us a clear direction. Within the first week the accidents stopped & now less than a month later we are completely trained, day & night, and he takes ownership on his potty needs! Thanks!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Danielle! I started potty training my son June 2016 (2 years old) and let's just say it didn't go as planned. I followed the Tiny potty book, but we were stuck in Phase 1. It got to the point where potty training consumed our lives. Everyone was frustrated, and the thought of doing another load of pee soaked laundry was enough to make me cringe. I had a few conversations with Danielle about our struggles and finally I told her I was taking a break and putting my son back in diapers. I thought she would be appalled and try to convince me not to use diapers. Instead, she was very understanding and made me feel confident in my decision. Fast forward to January when it seemed time to give potty training another go. We had good days and bad days but again we were stuck in Phase 1. I finally decided to contact Danielle and have her come to my house for an assessment. BEST DECISION EVER. The following day she sent me a very detailed potty plan that was very specific to our situation. I was most impressed that she included examples and how to handle different situations, which I totally needed. After a week or so of implementing her plan I finally started to see progress!!! We are finally in Phase 2, but most importantly we are making it fun. No more meltdowns, no more arguments and he has FINALLY started to tell me when he needs to go. We still have some work to do with on-going independence and night time, but we are so close! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT Danielle!!
