Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Wellness Within offers part-time studies, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life, the tools for continuous self-development and the skills you need to share your passion.
Whether you are new to Yoga, or an experienced practitioner, our program offers non-competitive admission. If you have the desire to learn and deepen your practice, you are always welcome at Wellness Within's Yoga Teacher Training.
September 26 to January 30, 2018 Wednesday evenings 5:30-9:30pm (No classes on Oct. 31st and Dec. 26th)
Plus 6, 2-day Weekend Immersions 9:00am-5:00pm - September 29 & 30 - October 27 & 28 - November 24 & 25 - December 15 & 16 - January 5 & 6 - January 19 & 20

We've added a new Mindfulness class for kids to our fall schedule! It runs Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30pm, the same time as our Warm Flow class with Aman! So drop the kids off to the class next door and enjoy some yoga time for yourself!

Choose Room Temp: A) Room Temp B) Warm Yoga ... C) Hot Yoga
Choose Favorite Class Start Time (ish) 1) Early Start 5:15, 5:30, 5:45 2) Mid Evening 6:15, 6:30, 6:45 3) Late Evening 7:30, 7:45, 8:00
So I personally like room temp and early start so my vote would be "A 1". New schedule will start mid September and please remember I can't accommodate everyone as I want to add a variety of new services into the schedule, but I will try my best.

Today was a great day - their 5th Anniversary. It was well organized and lots of new information was learned about their services. The free Meditation Class was great as were the facials, massage and other services offered.

The best husband in the entire world suprised me with a day at the spa. Not sure if I deserved it but I sure loved it.

Thank you Jess, I feel like a zillion bucks! and it was so nice meeting someone from back home and chatting! Can't say enough good things about this place, loved it :))

It has been a great experience to see the different ways that they all add unique elements to their practice. All staff provide a welcoming atmosphere and personalize treatments based on patient need. Further, booking is always a breeze and the friendly front staff are incredibly accommodating. A gift I had purchased had a flaw, and they replaced it -- no questions asked. This is a professional yet comfortable spa that I highly recommend you experience for yourself!

I tried calling a few minutes early ( not sure how else I was supposed to let them know ahead of time...) they didn’t answer the phone. They then called me at 905 and we’re very unkind towards me and told me I now had a strike on my account. That’s no problem for me because I’m definitely never going back there. The first time I went there I asked for a relaxing massage and ended up thinking the lady was going to rip my head off ( I was terrified) ..
