Usually my first choice for a quick bite. But the public washroom is usually a mess

Pretty decent place.. Can be quiet busy especially while the high school nearby

The drink tasted weird. I don't know if they gave me an old drink order they missed up,but the drink (coke) tasted like it has chemical. I couldn't even have a third sip, I end up throwing it away. I just wasted $2! You guys should taste your drinks (and foods) often to see if it's right because you sells this things to people to eat.

After my bad experiences in the Wendy's in this location, I figure out why it got 2.4. I would like to suggest others, if you are hungry, just stay at home and eat something in you home or go another Fast Food. Please do not stop at Wendy's in shawville Blvd. the workers of the Wendy's do not care of your order, they just gave you something else and that time you have to come back for replace your order.

Staff can be hit or miss. Shares dining area with Tim Hortons, and people overflow often. Lots of kids from the school, can be noisy.

I never dine inside; I always go through the drive-thru. Go there semi-frequently. Haven't had any troubles with the drive-thru service. The food comes out in a timely manner and tastes good, even when we go there late at night (food quality at some other fast food places typically declines rapidly as the night goes on. This Wendy's is always pretty decent.)

I went through the drive thru the other day and ordered a medium fry. Upon exiting the drive thru I reach into an overly greasy paper bag, to grab a fry and put it in my mouth. Instantly I regret buying them. The grease explodes in my mouth, the fries quality was poor and full of salt. I look into the bag at the rest of the fries. They were brown from the dirty oil (fries should be golden brown) and had black around the edges which leads me to think they serve customers potatoes which are past their expiry. I parked my car and walked in to ask for my money which I was rudely denied and I was told it was against company policy. Which I've never heard. She offered to make something else which I wasn't interested in because if that's how my fries looked how would the rest of the food be served. I demanded my money back otherwise I'd call head office and she kept denying a refund.

After arguing for my money back she finally ran off to the back to ask a manager if she could refund me. To which she gave me change even though I paid with debit.

I'll never return to this location due to this poor experience, and I will be passing this info along to head office, and quiet possibly the BBB

Never have I been more mistreated at a restaurant then this Wendy's I work in the area and just wanted some food on the way home the philipino girl was pregnant but still decided to be rude and give me cold food and I asked for some extra sauce for my fries nicely and she just rolled her eyes and slammed it on my tray I get it she's pregnant but she shouldn't be treating her customers like crap next time give your customers fresh food not old cold food that has been sitting there for hours

The last time I was here it was very messy and my fries and cheese in my poutine was cold!

I've never been mistreated in any way when coming here (at all) so most of those complaints must be about stubborn people or hi schoolers (there's a school right beside this one), so... Food was always fresh and tasty and the place itself was always clean even tho the customer rotation is pretty high.
