I’ve been looking for a part that was sold out online and because West Coast Kids is a registered dealer I called and Kassie was able to contact the sales rep and get me the part that I needed. I should also mention there was a few stores that I called such as Canabee and Snuggle Bugz and they weren’t very helpful as they told me to try online in a few weeks but I’m glad I was able to get the part ordered for me. Kassie went above and beyond and the whole process was fast and efficient.

Darlene and staff are amazing to work with. They really went above and beyond to help me with some car seat for issues I was having. Megan patiently helped me on several visits and answered all my questions fully; she's very knowledgable. I will never buy a car seat from any other place.

Anytime I have shopped at West Coast Kids in Edmonton, the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. They do not pressure you at all to make a decision while still offering great advice and answering any questions that you have. Such a wonderful shopping experience. Extremely disappointed in our experience today. We purchased the Peanut change pad during their 20% off sale last weekend. When we opened it up, it wasn’t the white colour as advertised on the box, but instead a light brown. When we went to exchange it, they said we owed an extra $37 because you could only return for store credit. All we wanted was to exchange for a different colour and we couldn’t without paying the difference for full price. Very unimpressed, especially given how much we had spent at the store last weekend (not that they care about one individual clearly). Will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
